Stayed Nov 4, 2025The house was very nice and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the open layout. The location was good- we walked in the neighborhood every day and we were very close to shops. The pool and hot tub were nice and we enjoyed the beach chairs provided. The toilet in the hall bath made a terrible sound after you flushed it. We brought it to the attention of the property manager and it took her several days to get someone to fix it. There were a lot of bugs in the pool when we arrived and the chemicals were extremely strong to the point of irritating our skin. We could have used more bowls and dishes. .Overall, we really enjoyed the property.

Stayed Mar 30, 2025We rented the property for spring break. There was plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 young girls. The home is very clean and up to date. The patio and pool area was our absolute favorite and we spent a lot of time relaxing outdoors. The area is great…lots of shopping and dining options very close. Not far from downtown Naples. The beach is super easy to get to and only about 6-7 min away. The property manager is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and would highly recommend this rental!

Our group enjoyed it very much!Property is managed by Naples Vacation. They are fantastic to deal with, very responsive and highly reliable!
