PEACEFUL SECLUSION, YET ONLY 5 MINUTES FROM INTERSTATE 83!

Great place. Nice unique pictures on the wall. Felt homey. Nice yard and area. Peaceful. Good communication from owner and very welcoming.

Four friends and our two dogs stayed at this homey VRBO for the weekend to attend a dog show in York. The house was perfect for us: location was close to our event, close to restaurants, lots of grass for the dogs and peaceful. We enjoyed eating a peaceful dinner on the deck watching the horses graze on Saturday. The house is comfortable and welcoming. Michael was very easy to work with.

Beautiful piece of property with several friendly horses on the property. The garage has a game room fit to entertain any family with darts, a pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and a card table. We will definitely be booking again soon! Michaels art was beautiful and the peaceful location was perfect for our stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property for our two‑week Christmas vacation! The house was perfect in every way—beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Michael, who lives on the property, has truly thought of everything. The home is stocked with almost anything you could possibly need, which made our stay feel effortless. He’s also an outstanding host—friendly, helpful, and wonderfully accommodating. His photography throughout the house is awesome and adds such a personal, artistic touch.The couple who lives in the basement was also very kind and welcoming, which made the whole atmosphere even warmer. The setting was peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we were hoping for during the holidays. We loved our time here and will definitely be back.

Mike was a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in his warm and inviting home. We enjoyed the game room; it brought us back to our youth! My favorite place was on the deck under the pine tree reading or watching the horses. There was a refreshing breeze and the peacefulness was only surpassed by Mike's incredible artistic eye. Would highly recommend if you are looking for some R&R!

We traveled from Ohio as a family of 5 and stayed here 3 nights while we visited Hershey & Lancaster. There was plenty of room for all of us, and the kids really enjoyed the game room. Michael was a wonderful host! We got to meet another tenant that lives on the property and she invited my daughter and I down to the barn to meet the horses. The country setting is beautiful; we really enjoyed the scenery.

We were at a 3 day event at Pinchot State park it was clean, convenient and absolutely beautiful Mike is a wonderful host and offers literally everything at the house .. thank you for a wonderful safe experience we plan on returning

the propery was fantastic and comfortable. Just a wonderful stay!!! the host is compassionate, top notch, and friendly and cared about our needs. the horses and the game room were fantastic, but most of all, the seclusion and quiet. OH! if you are there in summer make sure to watch the lightening bugs over the meadow. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great location and great hosts, but a few things you need to know. Pets must be kept on a leash and off the beds, there are people living on the apartment below, the internet can be spotty, and the gnats are very plentiful if you're outside. That said, it's a nice place and well kept. We'd definitely stay there again. Thanks, for all your help Mike.

The property was right by a beautiful horse farm you could see the horses from the window and the game room was a blast

Place was all level. Had a choice of 3 bedrooms, but the Master bedroom had its own bathroom. An enclosed porch out back overlooked the corral where several horses were stabled. A young girl fed them every day and rode one on weekends. The owner is quite a photographer, w/ many of his works on display. Great location.

Home was very neat and clean. Host was very friendly and quick to call to answer a question. Property is located on a farm where other people keep their horses. Although we didn’t enjoy the game room, it was clear this would be a very enjoyable property for families. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

My family lives in the area but needed more space to stay with family that flew in from Florida. The location was beautiful and offered plenty of entertainment. The game room was unique and my daughters loved that they were INVITED to sign the wall. The host was very responsive and super friendly when I had any questions. He was also very accommodating. Very welcoming, comfortable and clean home. Communication w/ the owner was extremely easy & his flexibility with my requests were much appreciated. Close to downtown & an easy drive. Will definitely stay again when we're in the area early next year.

This stay was absolutely perfect for our one-night visit! My daughter and I had such a wonderful time making memories in the game room, especially enjoying the foosball table. The house was cozy, warm, and incredibly inviting, which made it easy to settle in and relax. Waking up to the peaceful view of horses in the backyard was a special treat and added to the charm of the experience. The comfortable and welcoming atmosphere ensured we got a great night’s sleep before heading to our next destination. This is truly a great spot to relax and have fun—I highly recommend it!

Nice place to stay while in town for an event at the fairgrounds.

My family needed a central place to meet and this house was the perfect location. Mike was a great host. We didn't meet him personally but he communicated well before hand and was available if needed. The house felt like home away from home - everything we needed - and very comfortable. It was so quiet at night and beautiful country (and horses) surround. We really enjoyed playing pool, too! I highly recommend. Thank you Mike!

We had a great 3 night stay at this property. Me, my wife and our pup got to relax and hang out on the deck watching the horses. It was truly such a serene environment. Mike was very quick to respond to any questions and also help us out when unexpected life events caused us to change our vacation dates. I highly recommend this property and we will be back.

Quiet countryside home located within 30 - 40 minutes of York, Harrisburg and Lancaster. Great game room for rainy days and a deck overlooking a horse field for sunny ones. Great host who is responsive to questions. Highly recommended.

We attended a women's conference held at the Giant Center in Hershey and thought this would be a great place to stay.

The property was exactly what we needed. We were staying there so we could attend a wedding at historic shady lane. Micheal was a fabulous host and was very helpful!

We enjoyed our 2 day stay in the country. The owner was welcoming and kind, and happy to improve the quality of our stay at his home. The house is clean yet dated, Very comfortable for my 4 person family. The grounds oversee a horse farm, and we appreciated being in the midst of livestock.

This was a perfect place for the family to come together and hang out. Enough room to be together but not on top of each other. The game room was a huge hit with the kids young and old. The horses were a big hit withour grandson. Everything we needed was in the house from pots and pans to highchair to linens. We definitely will be back. Highly recommend stayingy.

This was a beautiful property. Watching the horses a nice treat. Mike's house was comfortable and felt like home. The game room was such a greatb addition - it gave us a fun way to keep the night going. There are neighbors that live in an inlaw suite in the basement. We didn't see them. It felt private.
