Peaceful Retreat - Near Beaches, Downtown, UNCW

A lovely home that is well appointed and within walking distance to other family members.

Host was helpful and responsive. Big open kitchen and living area were great for our family. Arcade game was fun. Location was convenient for us. Great home and host!

Everything you need is here. It’s also close to many nearby points of interest. I love the fire pit and game room. Lots of space to relax!

Big house with plenty of room to spread out. The backyard and game room were especially fun! The kitchen is well stocked Location is great easily traveling to the beach or the river. Owners are very responsive.

Came to town to check out the university. Good location to the university and also the beach. House was beautifully decorated.

Everything we needed for our beach vaction. Close to everything. Home was comfortable and inviting.

We booked this house so we could access both the beaches and the downtown area. Was a short ride to both and the house was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed there. Check in and out was easy and directions were clear and concise. It was very hot so we didn’t utilize the back yard area but looked like it would enjoyable during cooler evenings. Tom was very quick with his replies and we will book here again!

This place was perfect for our party of 7. One teen and 6 adults. The game room/sleep area is ideal for older kids. Location is the best! Close to the riverfront, restaurants, historic mansions, battleship, Stanley Rheder park( where carnivorous plants can be seen in the wild). Host is very responsive and willing to address any issues at the property.

The home was amazing. It was a good gathering place for for everyone and nice to come back and relax.And hosts were very accommodating when our plans were changed.We will stay again when we come back.

We had a great time in Wilmington at your lovely home. Everything was so nicely done and comfortable. Great communication with the hosts and they were so helpful. We loved the location and had a wonderful time! Would love to stay there again if we are back in Wilmington.

We enjoyed the comfort and convenient location of this beautifully remodeled brick Ranch. We were three adult couples and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed conversing on the comfortable sofas, and got good refreshing sleep on the comfortable beds. Having the game room and a nice outdoor space to relax in were bonuses. The house were very responsive! We enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I were looking for a place to have a relaxing weekend and this place fit the bill perfectly. From its location to its amenities this a great place to stsy in Wilmington.

We had a very comfortable four night stay. My family was in town for a wedding and we had everything we needed. Thank you you for a wonderful weekend.

This was the perfect spot, only 5 minutes from my sons house and 10-15 minutes from everything. Whole Foods and Food Lion were right around the corner. Very peaceful neighborhood allowed for amazing sleep! Thank you Tom and Lora!

We were in town to visit my son at UNCW. The property was close to campus in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard was a great space, and the arcade game was a hit with our younger son. There was an issue at the beginning of the stay and the owner found a solution very quickly. The grill could use some TLC, but that would be the only complaint. We would definitely stay again.

The house was very cozy and comfortable which was perfect bc it ended up being too hot to do many of the outings we had planned. Tom and Lora were great hosts, very accommodating, and communicative

This property deserves more than 5 stars! Great location, comfortable beds, cute home, great communication, and owners had guests comfort in mind while furnishing. I appreciated the extras provided. I did not want to leave!

We stayed at this beautiful house for a long weekend for a soccer tournament in the area. In our party were 2 mom’s and 3 girls (12-13 year olds). It was a great location close to UNCW and near many of the soccer fields. House was in a very quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Entire home was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. There were separate spaces to congregate, a nice outdoor space and plenty of parking. If you are in the Wilmington area for anything, I highly recommend this home.
