Stayed Aug 2, 2025This was a perfect vacation getaway for our family of 4. We were warmly welcomed in-person by the property manager who shared important safety information as well as some tips to make our stay even better! The house was beautiful with plenty of room. We could hear the waves even with the windows closed and the beach was our back yard. We had amazing views from the top deck including a few dolphin sightings. I highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet family vacation.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024This house is the ultimate beach house for a family getaway. The pictures are exactly what your eyes will be enjoying during your stay. My family enjoyed being steps away from the private beach. The house was stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommended and we would love to stay again.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024The location on the beach at North Topsail is perfect! So convenient to be a few steps from the surf. The beach is clean and quiet, and the Peaceful Pearl affords beautiful views from both decks (very nice to have one shaded and the other sunny). Being a quick walk from the Market and Tiki Bar was a bonus, and the Pirate Bar is walkable as well. The beds were comfy, the towels thick, the kitchen well supplied and the layout works well. The kitchen floor is a bit slippery as it's impossible to keep the sand out. Sara and Samantha were both super as host and property manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
