Stayed Dec 22, 2023Property had a new facelift recently. Everything in good working order and clean. Felt safe. Easy to get to downtown about 15 mins. Not a lot of places to eat around close but not that big of a deal. Could use a king bed in master. We would stay there again.

Stayed Oct 20, 2023We were very pleased to be the first guests in this charming home. The location was great, tucked into the corner of a dead-end street, it provided both the access to the city we were looking for and the peace we sought after busy days exploring Nashville. The home was well stocked, and there were only one or two things missing that I'm sure Philecia has already taken care of! We would definitely stay again!

Stayed Oct 14, 2023This was a nice house at the end of the street with ample parking far enough from Nashville to be away from the city but close enough to drive in each day. Felicia was easy to communicate with and very quick to respond and help when we had an internet issue. I would definitely stay her again.
