The firepit waits nearby, and the yard feels open and relaxed—perfect for unhurried conversations or a quiet start to the day.

Inside, the home feels easy and well-balanced. Light filters through large windows into the open living space, where comfortable seating makes it natural to gather. The kitchen anchors the house, ready for shared breakfasts, simple lunches, and dinners that stretch a little longer than planned. The dining table becomes the center of the day—meals, games, plans for tomorrow.
