Stayed Jul 19, 2025My family and I have stayed in various homes on ACK over the past few years (on New Mill, Orange, Cliff, and Union streets), and this house was probably our favorite of all of them. New Lane is a hidden gem. It’s a peaceful street but is a quick walk into town either down Main Street or through Meadow Lane. The Madaket and Cisco bike paths are just minutes away. It’s a great location because you have quick access to both town, the bike paths, and the south shore beaches. The home itself feels new. It is bright and modern. We loved the floor plan. The downstairs master is large and very private. The upstairs bedrooms are also spacious. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Our teenager enjoyed the basement with a pop-a-shot and ping pong table. With two living room areas, there was plenty of space for our family to spread out.The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024Pictures don’t do the home justice. The decor is lovely and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The welcome bag was unexpected but perfect and Julie provided numerous recommendations in addition to the book they have for guests that contains lots of information on the area. The house was excellently cleaned and had other extras like spare beach bags and coolers. We’d absolutely love to come back again. One minor note- the lock on the outdoor shower needs a little maintenance but we used a towel to keep the door closed and that worked just fine. Thank you for a lovely first stay in Nantucket!
