    We stayed 3 nights at this home. The good things: beds were comfortable and it was easy to find. The negative things: - cell coverage is very very poor here. Not really something the owner can so. Just good to know. - WiFi is HORRIBLE. The router is located in an adjacent home so they can’t really improve it. If you sit in a particular spot you can find it. No coverage in the bedrooms at all. This becomes a big problem since you don’t have cell coverage either if you need to reach anyone. - the BBQ was disgusting and falling apart. Avoid if possible. - cleanliness was ok. The cold air return behind the tv was nasty. No paper towels. - couch in family room was very worn and damaged - lack of privacy. There are no window coverings on the patio door, front door window, window next to the front door and next to the washer and dryer which is by the bedrooms. - burned out light bulbs. They came out and fixed those for us. - it backs 191 which is a busy highway. Again not something they can change just know you will hear it all day/night. Overall the stay was okay. For the price I would have expected more.

    The wifi doesn't work and isn't connected to power. The customer service representative wasn’t very helpful. I didnt have cell service so WiFi is impotant. The bunk bed is so large that it covers the wall outlets and the tub is slippery.

    Condo was clean and updated. It’s a cute little quiet complex and the condo had all the amenities we needed. Unfortunately WiFi was non-existent. We could never see it to even connect. We also had barely 1 bar of cell service from our AT&T and T-mobile cell phones so not being able to connect to any wifi made it difficult to plan the next days activities. We could not even check on our family back home without driving back into town. Since it is in an area where even cell service is weak, wifi is critical in case of emergency. Otherwise rest of the stay was great and would stay here again.

    We had a great stay, quick access to Wilson arch and Hole in the Rock. Also few minute drive to downtown Moab for eats and park for us this trip!

    Basic essentials (only) go with this place, better bring you're own food right off the bat. If you're a light sleeper--probably not the best place to stay--lot's of traffic on the Hwy next to the units. Out of town a little ways, which isn't bad in some respects, not so, if you want the night life action. Wifi-was on/off, on/off a lot...good when it was on.

    First of all, I loved this location. Easy to access. Aside from the road noise, it is quiet. We were extremely disappointed by how dirty it felt in there for being a newer home. No attention to detail, floors were extremely dirty and dishes were stinky and still had a gross film. There was a bad stench like someone had made stir-fry in the house that we couldn't get out. Comfortable mattresses and amenities but we wouldn't stay here again.
