Stayed Aug 2, 2025Loved this house. We (family of 6) have been coming to Eastham for 15 years and renting various houses. This location was excellent for us. Easy bike to bay and ocean. We had a small issue and the Vacasa staff responded right away. We hope to rent this house again next year.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025Quaint cozy home in prime location. Everything you need is in the home which is great. All you really need to bring is your toothbrush. The house definitely has curb appeal. There are games to play inside the home and no issues with Wi-Fi. The bedroom decor is a little dated but in pretty good condition. The living area is very comfortable. Definitely enough space so that everybody has their downtime. I can’t really think of anything negative about the home - overall it was very comfortable and cozy. No issues with anything. Everything was working fine. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The house was advertised as having air conditioning. There were air conditioners not installed in the closets. When we called Vacasa they didn’t help at all. They recommended that we install the air conditioners ourselves.
