Located in a quiet, leafy part of Smiths Lake, the home is just a short walk to the lake and around the corner from local shops, including a grocery store, bakery, butcher, café and bottle shop.

For more options, a larger supermarket (FoodWorks) is a short drive away in Charlotte Bay, with the town of Forster nearby for everything else you may need.

Enjoy a relaxed coastal lifestyle with great cafés close by, including local favourites in Smiths Lake (Frothy Coffee and the Good Food Store) and nearby Blueys Beach. For lunch and dinner, there are casual dining options nearby, including Pacific Palms Bowling Club and The Recky, both offering courtesy buses, as well as restaurants in Blueys Beach and Forster.

The area is surrounded by natural beauty, with Wallis Lake, nearby national parks, and beautiful beaches such as Cellito, Sandbar and Seal Rocks all within easy reach.
