Stayed Jun 13, 2026The house was beautiful! There was truly everything you needed and could have thought of for a fun, comfortable vacation. The location was prime! Our family saw so much cool aquatic life in the canal out back. It was like having your own aquarium. When you stay here, definitely check out the nearby park. I would absolutely recommend this home, it was perfect!

Stayed Jan 31, 2026Perfect Stay. Home was clean, had everything we needed. Pool was heated which worked out perfectly for the stay since we were here during the coldest week of the season. Nice wide windows off the kitchen to view the boats and kayaks traveling on the canal while eating inside. I enjoyed the kayaks that Helen provided as well. Helen has been so nice, communicated almost immediately with any questions. All in all a great place, great location, just a short walk to Sunset Beach to watch the sunset. We will be back!!

Stayed Apr 19, 2025This house was perfect for our family spring break vacation. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our children especially loved the pool and fishing from the ledge. We visited Sunset Beach daily as it was only a few minutes walking from our house. We also enjoyed swimming in the large pool at the Cabana Club! We did a day trip to Key West and also rented a fishing charter. This amazing house and beautiful location let us create some lifelong memories with our family! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Helen was great to deal with, she checked on us when we arrived in Florida to make sure we made it to the house ok. The house had everything we needed. It was also the perfect location to go where we needed to go. The pool was warm and great tonrelax in. We enjoyed the beach club a few days. Just and awesome place.

Stayed Dec 15, 2024Our family LOVES the Key Colony Beach community and this property had absolutely everything we needed.We have a special needs daughter plus a rambunctious 7 year old boy that's full of energy. Finding a place that caters to both is difficult to find but this place checked all of the boxes.Everything was so well organized and taken care of. Absolutely zero complaints.We can't wait to come back.
