*Peaceful & Beautiful! Pool, Firepit, BBQ, Central

Pool is very nice and communication from property management company was excellent. However, pictures on vrbo are dated and not an accurate reflection of the property as it exists today (fence door latch broken, furniture beaten up/stained and the lattice outdoor dining table is falling down onto the table. Basically property needs some TLC/upkeep to match the pictures.

This visit was our family second to this house . On both visits host seemed welcoming, and the amenities were in good condition.

We loved staying here. During this hot weather the pool was a godsend, along with the air conditioned house! Neighborhood was lovely, fine for an early morning walk. Host Shawn was attentive and always ready to answer any questions. Awesome place!

Nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the pool. Inside accommodations were comfortable for all.

All perfect! Great pool and pool area. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well-supplied. LA freeways always suck but we mostly did OK at the hours we were driving. Oversll, highly recommend!

We came here with 4 adults and 3 kids. Everything went great. Great communication. Kids loved the pool and seeing the lemon tree. We would return.

We had a great stay at this home and especially enjoyed the pool. We have a family of 5 and the home served our family well. It was located close to many of the activities that were on our list. Thanks for a great stay!

VRBO/ABNB are universally going downhill. But this one fortunately is still slightly above the new standard. The furniture and beds are a bit Ikea-y and the kitchen amenities for cooking and baking leave a lot to be desired. I the pool was absolutely wonderful and great to swim in, not to mention very clean. Off to the side is a lemon tree with lots of lemons. I would only hope the host would get a hand press so guests can do their own lemonade. The neighbor hood is very pleasant and clean. I would say the host is a bit new at this but is extremely quick to respond and address any issues that I had. We are working together on suggestions. Such as a lack of a house manual to explain everything. And replacing some of the worn kitchen items.(non stick pans were worn). But this is typical right now. There are a number of grocery stores near by for your needs. However restaurants for Uber Eats left more to be desired but this can't be used against the house or host. I had an issue with the thermostat (Nest style) but I managed to figure it out, there is just a learning curve to it. I would come back and stay again. Given the recent changes and availability , not to mention skyrocketing prices due to over demand, this is a great place for the money and I look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful time and the house was awesome.

I am sad to leave Shawn's home. My family of 4 - My husband and I and our 2 daughters stayed here for 4 days. We enjoyed every minute.The bedrooms were perfect size. They all have a TV. The common areas are very comfortable. The best was the pool area. It was great to sit out there and enjoy the sun.The office room right off the pool area was a nice place to get work done.The kitchen had everything we need to prepare.Shawn was an excellent host. Very responsive with quick replies.I would love to come back next time I'm in the area.

Shawn was awesome to deal with and was sweet enough to pull me some lemons to put in my tea as I was a little under the weather. If anything was needed, he was very responsive and I appreciated it very much. Thank you Shawn!

We stayed at this property for 5 days, making it a home base while visiting my brother, who lives about a mile away. The house is clean and the beds are comfy! The kitchen had everything we needed. We weren’t around that much but if we had been (and the weather were warmer), we would have loved to hang out in the backyard and use the pool - it looked great! Shawn was very responsive with any questions we had. Thank you for everything!

This comfortable 4 bedroom house worked well for our group of 5 adults. Whatever glitches we encountered (blown fuse, not enough cutlery, puzzling heating system) were immediately resolved by the host Shawn. Most responsive host ever!

I would not recommend this property to anyone. Due to the smell of cat urine in the house. As soon as you walked in that is all you smelt. The first two hours of our trip was spend with us looking for another place to stay. We looked for hotel rooms but we would have needed four. It was all of my children plus girlfriend and boyfriend. So economically it was not doable to leave the property. So we decided since we were only sleeping there basically we would just live with it for three nights. You open the garage door into a bedroom which was not ideal and the second bathroom shower if you were taller than 5ft 5 in would hit you in the chest. You needed to bend down to wash your hair. Also the shower floor was a wood pallet that they only secured two ends of it with no light. Doors to the back of the house should be more secured than they are. If someone wanted to get into the house all they had to do was push really hard on the door and it would open. Backyard had a fire pit but no wood left to use it and the lights outside by the outside table didn’t work. The lights were plugged into the socket but didn’t work. Since we spent our time outside due to the smell it would have been nice if they worked. The pool has seen better days. They do have a pool service but it looked dirty on the bottom of the pool.
