Peaceful Beach House

It was the perfect house for the perfect occasion. I specially like the fact that they have bikes and beach accessories. It’s a very nice little him near the beach and you don’t have to struggle to find parking. Hoping to stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

This was our first “Home Away” type of rental and we had a great experience! The homeowners definitely made the stay with their hospitality and prompt response to any questions we had. We were also provided with margarita fixings and chips and salsa, my fav. Location was perfect by way of the lovely and quiet neighborhood and very close walking proximity to the beach and stores and restaurants in the area. House has pretty much all that you need, other than personal toiletries and such of course. We brought our own beach cruisers, but there were a few in the garage for use if needed. Backyard was also perfect for our dog. And driveway parking was very much appreciated. If you know San Diego, parking is a commodity. We will definitely be back to this property again!

We brought aré doggies with us and Alisa was very nice soul, awesome spot with a great feel at home kinda place, terrific yard and has all the amenities you need!! Defiantly be Back!!!

We arrived to much needed chips and salsa and margarita fixings The place was clean and parking in driveway was a plus. The large cable tv and furniture was so good to relax with. The beds were VERY comfortable. Highly recommend!!! Communication with owner was very good. We had a great stay.

Exactly as listed but better than expected. Favorite place we have ever stayed. We will be back. Hosts went above and beyond and were amazing! We will be back to this place again. The location is perfect and very centrally located to other areas. The beach is walking distances and less touristy than other beaches. You could park your car and never get in it again for your entire stay. Very very clean and had everything we needed. The backyard retreat is relaxing and great for the quiet morning. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Love love this place. And it was cheaper than hotels on the beach. Don’t pass this one up. It’s perfect!!

Alisa was extremely communicative and accommodating to our needs! The location is excellent and walkable to the park and good restaurants. We especially appreciated that they provided bikes. Would stay here again!

Alisa was an excellent host! She provided everything we needed like extra washcloths, coffee grinder, beach necessities, even going so far to buy a pan I needed for my birthday cake! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing. The walking location to the beach and nice neighborhood are perfect! Loved the backyard for our old dog, morning breakfast, and hummingbird watching. Private parking was a huge bonus! House could use a deep cleaning, but it was good enough to suit our needs. Perfect location, great little house.

Lovely time with friends. Thanks for a second visit this summer. Everything was perfect and we loved the boardwalk and the beach.

Alisa and Darren were GREAT HOSTS! You'll feel right at home when you stay there.

Awesome location in PB! Quiet area not terribly overcrowded.Coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores all within a 5 minute drive or less from the house. Some well within walking distance. Was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Alisa was an awesome host! She quickly responded to the messages I sent her just prior to and during our stay. I certainly recommend staying here

Peaceful Beach house was lovely. Everything you need for a stay away from home. Just a couple blocks from the beach that is not crowded at all! Everything was provided for us and the owner was easily available if I had questions. Cutest backyard and amazing flowers and greenery surrounding you front and back. The private parking was so important to me! I would’ve given 5 stars but one of the beds was very uncomfortable much too soft for my old back lol. But other then that I was very happy.

Pet friendly and had everything we needed. Wonderful hosts and gave us directions to Pacific Beach for our pet walk. Boardwalk was great and Cass street has great coffee cafe.

Communication was easy. Check in/out was a breeze. Welcome margs, chips, and salsa!!Location in North PB was great for walking to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. And an easy drive to most of what San diego has to offer.

Older house in nice quiet neighbourhood. A short walk to the beach. The home was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Newly renovated bathroom with walk-in shower. It was really nice that the unit had some basic oils and spices. The host communicates readily and wants to do anything possible to ensure you have everything you need and have an enjoyable visit. I would definitely stay here again.

This was such a great home to stay in. Two blocks from the beach with a small backyard and huge kitchen! Just be aware that the house is chilly in the winter but otherwise a perfect spot and the host was very communicative and kind!
