Peaceful 5-Bedroom Family Retreat - Main House & Cabin on Camp Lake

We had a wonderful time. The house and cabin had so much space and plenty of sleeping options for all 14 of us. Check in was a breeze and the place was very clean and well kept. The water amenities were a huge hit as well. Highly recommend this property!

This was a gathering place for our large family, traveling from Texas, Michigan, Iowa, Florida, Massachusetts, and Minnesota for a weekend. So comfortable, great place to enjoy the lake, a fire pit on the patio, comfy furniture for morning coffee, fully equipped kitchen where each of us took a turn to cook. Loved this time together, and would love to come back!

Beautiful grounds, great wildlife! Lovely home with lots of gathering spaces inside and out. Well equipped kitchen!! Camp Lake is a beautiful and enjoyable lake!

This was our second stay at Camp Lake and it was just as great as our first. Both cabins were clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time. We all enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the porch and we loved watching the bay freeze over. Amber is a great host and was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Great, spacious property ideal for large groups of people. One of the rare listings which can actually sleep the listed number! Our group avoided using the lake due to the muck and algae, but this is a great place for outdoor activities, evening fires, games, cookouts and more. Do note that most supplies/groceries are going to be 30 minutes away.

16 of us, ages 3 to 66. Everyone had a bed, great front porch for early risers and late nighters!! Clean, open, just great experience all the way around!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! We had a multi-generational family group, and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. Everything you would ever need is there, both inside and outside the cabins. It was very clean, and communication was great also. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a Northern MN get-away!

We were a group of four families with kids ranging in age from 7-18. The setup of this property was perfect for our multi-family group of 18 people. It felt very private, and we appreciated having the two buildings to have multiple spaces to gather and sleep. None of us had any cell service at this property, but the WiFi more than accommodated our large group, including kids with multiple devices. We were there during a stretch of 90 degree days, so we spent most of our time in the lake or inside in the AC. The lake is not swimmable off the dock, but we took a pontoon out every day multiple times to swim in the middle of the lake. Even though the water is scummy by shore, it was clear and perfect for swimming off the pontoon. If you plan to be in the water, bringing/renting a boat is a must! We were glad we knew this in advance. The kids caught lots of fish off the dock, though! The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The place was great. It met our family’s needs. A couple things, would be to clean up the water area, including the boat house, maybe add a beach area.

This was the perfect getaway for my family of 16 people! Plenty of sleeping space and no issues at all! Would definitely come back.

The property and homes were well maintained and super clean.

We had an amazing time making more family memories. There were 17 of us and we had more than enough room. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The owner was easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the cabin toilet on first night and the issue was resolved very quickly. We had lots of luck fishing right off the dock, including dogfish, perch, northern, bluegill and sunnies and a turtle. We saw deer, eagles, squirrels, birds and turtles. We look forward to coming back next year. Thank you for the wonderful time.

The place was well kept and very clean. The maintenance folks were obviously hard workers and paid attention to detail. Amber was wonderful to work with when we had some questions. Plenty of room for our family. There were all kinds of things to entertain the adults as well as the kids. The only thing i would change would be making a small beach by the dock.

Nice and peaceful lots of room for 8 guys
