Peaceful 3 Bedroom very close to Silverwood and near Skiing

Clean house, well organized kitchen with photos showing where items were located, specific instructions about check in and check out, easy communication with host, nice neighborhood with shopping malls and gas stations nearby, beautiful fall colors in October

The property was very quiet and peaceful. We were close to everything. Communication with the owner was very good. Everything was explained and there were lists located in the house to help. We enjoyed our stay.

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were attentive when we ran out of garbage bags and left them on the front porch with some extra supplies. Enjoyed the back yard space in morning drinking coffee and watching the deer. Enjoyed BBQ and played cards with family in the evening. Quiet retreat with privacy. Enjoyed going to Silverwood, jet skiing on Hayden Lake, and shopping downtown Coeur d’Alene. But definitely recommend as a place to stay, great location.

The check-in and check-out process was clear.Communication with the host was great. The home was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, organized and very homey. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a couple days with my family.

We had such an amazing time. We Loved seeing the deer. It was so peaceful tucked away from all the stress. So clean warm and inviting.

The Maple house is now my 2nd favorite house to stay at. In the last year we have stayed at 7-8 different places ranging from homes on a lake and my favorite that was tucked in an apple orchard, so for this to be my 2nd favorite is saying a lot. Amy checked in on us to make sure we got in and that everything was ok. OMG and there were deer grazing every morning in the empty field behind the house. I teased Amy that the only problem I had is that it was too quite the first night so it was hard to sleep (city girl problems). This house is perfect and homey not like some rentals that are cold and awkward. The kitchen was perfect for me to cook and all of the guys to move around in and get food without bumping into each other. We will be back next year. Ok I must tell the only real down fall with this house is that there is no BBQ grill. We knew about this before our trip (thanks Amy) so we just brought ours so not too big of an issue, I'm just spoiled.

We werein area from out of town to do some work. The house was conveniently located within a few miles of our work site. It was everything the listing had said.
