One of the nicest properties I’ve ever stayed in. Besides the amazing views and close proximity to Capital Reef, the home was so comfortable, clean and fully equipped. The owners thought of everything!! (And we loved the treats!) We set the alarm for 3AM to take advantage of the Night Sky! A blanket of stars were above us. Great Property and Great Location! We loved it!!

It was clean and comfortable. Had all the necessities of home and more. Beautiful mountain and night sky views. Sad to leave. Will return!

We had high expectations coming in and this property exceeded them. Communication was great. There was a wonderful welcome basket of goodies. Location is truly outstanding. We couldn’t have been happier or more impressed. Well done!

This house was the perfect base for exploring Capitol Reef. It was decorated beautifully and thoughtfully. The views were great. I would definitely stay here again and record it to anyone!

My family stays in many VRBO's and this was possibly the best. The views from the living room and porch were amazing. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the personal artwork, coffee, and homemade banana bread. The bathrooms were clean and very luxurious. Outstanding hosts as well.

This was the best VRBO place I have ever stayed in. The view was spectacular with wonderful outside porch. The inside was immaculate, wonderfully decorated. Homemade touch with Banana bread & wonderful coffee/tea choices. Can highly recommend - you would be lucky to get this house

Outstanding house! We loved staying in this house. So much thought and care was put into making it comfortable and welcoming - from the banana bread and coffee to the extra water and makeup wipes - too many touches to list. (Also appreciated that it was ADA compliant, even tough it wasn't necessary for us.) The best VRBO we've stayed in! We love exploring the Capitol Reef area, but I'd be happy just sitting on the deck looking at the beautiful view. So glad we'll be staying here another week in July!

We were in awe of the beautiful landscape and the lovely home upon pulling up to the property. All the thought that went in to making this home a perfect vacation destination was evident. Beautiful location with great view! Everything you need is in this home and great location in the town of Torrey. Minutes from Capital Reef entrance.

A perfect getaway from a chaotic world

We’ve previously stayed in this neighborhood and thought we’d try something different. We found it to be a very nice, immaculately clean, comfortable home. It is well-stocked (the banana bread was great) and spacious. The only very small negative is the lack of opaque window coverings to block out the light for us late sleepers. Highly recommended.

The felt like a home I wished we had. It was so comfortable and the little extras, treats, just made it more wonderful. The location is nice, away from the highway with a view of the mountains. Tops our list of places to stay.

Views and property were amazing. Well appointed with everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Loved the sunrises and the porch drinks! Close to town.
