We think our place will help you experience everything Naples has to offer. Peaceful landscaping where you feel you are in the middle of a beautiful forest yet still within the city metro area.

Five minutes drive from the house at the intersection of Everglades Blvd and Golden Gate Blvd is the closest food market. It has great cooked meat, vegetables, and pretty much anything else you'd need. There's also a pizza shop and other stores across from that location. The beaches are only 30 minutes further toward downtown Naples. We love Vanderbuilt beach and it cost $10 per day

Children and infants are allowed but be aware that the closeths in the studio are not attached to the wall. Also, the electrical outlets are not protected, so be extremely careful with them

Fires are not allowed (thus no fire pit) as wildfires are a real threat to the area and one must have fire department permission before burning.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
Our home uses a septic system, so please only flush human waste and toilet paper. All food should go in the garbage, and absolutely no grease, feminine hygiene products, or other items should be poured or flushed down the drains. Following these guidelines helps us keep everything running smoothly for all guests. If there is a clog or plumbing issue due to one of these during your stay, you will be responsible for any repairs needed.

WEATHER & POWER OUTAGES
We live in Florida, and power outages can occur, especially during stormy or hurricane seasons. While we do our best to provide a comfortable stay, we aren’t responsible for weather-related events or any conditions outside of our control. No refund will be provided.

PROPERTY DEVICES & SAFETY POLICY
For everyone’s safety and comfort, guests agree not to touch, disconnect, damage, or tamper with any devices on the property, including the Wi-Fi router, security sensors, and monitoring equipment. These systems help maintain a safe environment and allow us to respond quickly to emergencies or maintenance needs. Tampering with or disabling any device is strictly prohibited. By doing so, guests assume full responsibility and liability for (1) any damage to the devices themselves and (2) any resulting loss, damage, or safety issues affecting the property. Additionally, any guest who turns off, damages, or tampers with any of these systems agrees to a $300 (or more as needed) fine to cover inspection, reset, or replacement costs. Thank you for respecting these safeguards, they’re here to protect everyone’s stay and keep the property safe.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
All guests staying at this property located in Naples, Florida 34117 understand and acknowledge that use of the rental property, including all indoor and outdoor amenities, is at their own risk. The guest, along with any members of their party, hereby agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the host and owner from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from personal injury, property damage, or death, regardless of the nature or cause, occurring on or about the premises.
Guests accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, property damage, or loss arising during their stay and expressly waive any claims against the owner, agents, or employees of the property, including those that may result from acts or failures to act related to installation, maintenance, inspection, or management of the premises. Guests also assume all responsibility for the safety and actions of all individuals in their party.
By booking and staying at the property, all guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Release of Liability and Indemnification. This agreement constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between the guests and the host, and completion of the reservation confirms acceptance of these terms.

The beach is just 25 miles away, and it’s a 23-mile drive to downtown Naples and the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue

We want every guest to enjoy a fresh and welcoming home. Please help us by keeping the space clean and free of strong or lingering odors, whether from cooking, sports and related equipment, perfumes, air freshener sprays, or other activities. We also provide natural ventilation options (windows, fans, or HVAC settings) to keep things comfortable. Extra cleaning fees may apply if the home requires special treatment to restore it for the next guest.

We’re delighted to host you and want you to feel at home during your stay. We kindly ask that guests take care of the property as if it were their own, any damages caused by you or your visitors will be the guest’s responsibility, with repair or replacement costs applied as needed to keep the home welcoming for future stays.
