The Pavon House Blue house is a new building, located on the Ionian coast of Salento between Gallipoli and S. Maria di Leuca just 90 meters from the coast, in Posto Rosso (Marina di Alliste, Lecce).
The nearest beaches of Torre San Giovanni are about 3 km away, Gallipoli at 20 km. Quiet and strategic place to reach equipped beaches and cultural locations of Salento. In the area there are pizzerias, bars, supermarket and soccer field. Excellent connection with the main road 101 which can bereached in just 8 minutes.

The villa (4 double beds in 2 bedrooms + 2 beds on a sofa) on the ground floor with a mezzanine, consists of a very cool and bright living area, kitchen with oven complete with all accessories, living area furnished with a 6-seater table , sofa bed with 2 optional beds, wooden loft with 2 beds, bathroom with shower, private parking for 2 cars. Air conditioners and TVs in all bedrooms and in the living area.

In the back there is a wooden table for 6 people with a large 4x3 meter decentralized umbrella, a mobile outdoor shower for quick refreshments on the way back from the beach. Laundry service on request. The property is equipped with free 4G internet connection with WiFi (LAN plugs available).

Bed linen and towel set included; water, electricity and gas consumption are always included in the price.
