Paula's Place - A property with large lot, fully gated for family fun

The yard being fenced completely (once you shut the gate) was a bonus for us since we had our 2 dogs with us. The yard and trailer were both pleasant. The owner was quick to respond to questions. All in all a great stay!

So if you are considering staying understand it has a stale cigarette smell and the property needs some cosmetic maintenance. Paint peeling and stained walls. The place did not include any shampoo and soap for shower which I should have looked at but all properties I have rented before had as part of the amenities. It was easy check in and the owners were very good at communicating just was disappointed with cigarette smell. Maybe I missed it was a smoking rental.

Property was very pet friendly & well supplied. Easy to get to.

We enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space. The kitchen being fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, air fryer, slow cooker etc also some basics like salt and pepper was really nice. Ms. Paula and Mr. John were great to deal with and the sweetest. This place is very homey and loved, if you are looking for modern and fancy this isnt it, but if you want to relax with southern charm then its a great place. We had lots of rain for our trip so the board games provided were great! We enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels on the porch at the bird feeder. We didnt particularly care for the beds but that was our personal preference for our comfort level nothing to do with the quality of the beds or bedding. The internet was kind of spotty but again we had bad weather our whole stay. The water temperature and shower pressure was great! Overall this was a great place to stay and i would recommend it!

We enjoyed the stay. It isnt easy to find a place to stay with dogs so we appreciated the opportunity. The fenced yard is great for pups.

Paula’s Place was exactly what we needed when we went to Mobile because of the family emergency. It’s location for us was ideal. They fixed Yard was heavenly for our two dogs to travel with us. Paula and her son were a great host and communicated very well.

For our first time staying in a Vrbo, we were impressed with the amount of space for the price. The whole house was clean, and our communication with Paula and John made us feel welcome and invited. We had full access to everything on the property, and it was nestled in a small community that felt safe. The house is located close enough to many attractions to be convenient but not claustrophobic.

Great place for a get away. The manager is super nice and helpful. The property is completely fenced in. I brought a 20 foot boat which barely fit between the gate but it did. The air conditioning was absolutely amazing! The shower water pressure was also the best I have ever experienced. Would go back.

This property worked well for us. Great location, Quiet and out of the way and the fenced yard is a bonus.

Check in very easy, host will answer any questions promptly. It was very cozy and comfortable. If we travel to Mobile again we will definitely stay there again!

The hosts are amazing and very accommodating. The property was just what I need for the price. The house is clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay again!

The only issue is that the entrance gate is narrow witch makes backing a boat in a challenge
