Patten Place - Close to everything in Oneonta - clean, updated private home.

Lovely stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful home! It truly had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring everyone had a restful sleep, and there was an abundance of towels and linens, making it easy to settle in. The house felt like a cozy haven, perfect for accommodating 2-3 families without feeling cramped. Location-wise, it couldn't be better—just a quick 5-minute drive to Walmart, the grocery store, Cooperstown All Star Village and other convenient amenities. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a stress-free vacation experience.

House was well kept and had all the amenities you could think of including stadium chairs, wagon and cooler for the games. Owners were very accommodating and the distance to All Star Village was less than 8 minutes. House is 4 minutes from local grocery stores as well. Highly recommend for a few families stay at Cooperstown All Star Village.

We came in for the week while my son played at all star village. It was close to everything. They had a wagon, cooler, and chairs which was awesome. I highly recommend this home. The owners were very responsive.

The host is very responsive and caring (even checked in on us when others in the area had a power outage even tho we did not). WiFi is great. Everything is easily accessible on the first floor … and the downstairs makes a great retreat from the buzz upstairs. The 2.5 bathrooms are huge with a capacity of 10 people/5 bedrooms. Amazing place to stay. Great location and wonderful, attentive owners!

We stayed here during our sons' baseball tournament. 3 families stayed in the house and it was the perfect size. The mainfloor bedrooms had window a/c units. The downstairs bedrooms didn't, but fans were provided. The yard is big enough to host the baseball team for a wiffle ball game. The house is close to all-star village, the market, and the liquor store. Definitely consider this house if you are visiting Oneonta. ?

Very cute house with lots of space for multiple families. Great location and close to everything in Oneonta. We were there for SUNY Oneonta family weekend. We will definitely be staying again.

This house was the perfect rental for our time spent in Oneonta & Cooperstown. Conveniently located just off Route 28 for easy access to other destinations. The split level layout gave everyone their privacy and the kids loved having their own space and tv room downstairs. Freshly renovated with all towels and linens included really made it an easy stay since we travelled from FL. Owner was very accommodating and was easily reachable via phone and text. I would highly recommend this rental! Comfortable, convenient & beautiful!
