Very clean and cozy. I honestly loved the water pressure of the shower. Loved the views.

Clean room, has everything one would need. Parking is easy. And access to the hot tub is easy as well.

Good stay for 1-2 nights.

It was absolutely perfect for my wife and I.

Lovely property! We were in Paso Robles for one night while attending a concert at the Vino Robles amphitheater. Very conveniently located and nicely decorated. We’ll definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Loved this space and what you’ve done with it! Cozy little hideaway in a very quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of driving when we got in. There was a nice trail not far from the property that I was able to jog. We loved the little touches with the complimentary wine, chocolates, and snacks. We would definitely stay again.

The space was very comfortable and clean. It is located at the back of the home as a large room so I could hear other people in the home at different times. Otherwise, nice stay.

We liked the location, room was clean and quiet and bed comfortable. There were more stairs than we expected and we had to make several trips to get our luggage to our room. The cost of the room was good considering it was a holiday weekend.

Quiet, comfortable, and easy to get to. Manager had our info posted to the board and we just walked right in. There is nothing around the area (which is why it's quiet) so a car is a must.

It was nice, cozy, convenient parking, easy to navigate, and a well maintained property. I appreciate Jeff’s communication (very thorough, didn’t have to reach out as everything was hashed out for me) as it really made my weekend getaway in Paso a memorable one. They also made it welcoming - room had some snacks & water in the fridge when we checked in. Would recommend and would love to come back for a stay if I’m ever out in Paso Robles again in the near future. Thank you, Jeff!

The description on VRBO said House and I figured it was just the room or guest house by the photos online. The location was a convenient for traveling around Paso Robles. The property looked like a construction site, due to the deck work. The room was clean, neat, comfortable and also uncomfortable due to a door that leads into the house. Also VRBO advertises that the owner or anyone is not on the property during your stay, this was not the case for our visit. We left on our second night stay and returned home. I will not be using VRBO anymore, I will just pay for a hotel room the next time we travel.

I booked this property several months in advance so I could attend my daughter's wedding. I really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The host ensured that outdoor security lighting illuminated the stairs, porch and pathways to the room at night. The sleeping room was also supplied with comfortable pillows and a throw for lounging and watching television. The slider door access to the room was absolutely fabulous for letting in the cool night air. Without hesitation, I can easily envision myself as a return guest. Thank you for a very comfortable stay in wine country!

Jeffry was such a kind and thoughtful host. The room was clean and pleasant and well set up. Definitely felt comfortable and comfortable pile stay again.

Here for an event and needed a simple, quiet place to sleep. Easy to find. Clean. I didn't use/visit outdoor space. There are stairs to unit. Door is a slider with key. Other reviewers stated noise from house, but I didn't have any issues. I used the keurig. All functional.

The property was exactly as advertised. Access was easy and discrete, the location was very convenient, and the room was clean and well-appointed. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Shortly after our arrival at the property, we determined that we could not stay there and we left within 15 minutes. We were forced to book a hotel nearby. The first and primary issue is that we could hear the owners of the property watching TV in a very close room that seemed to be immediately next to our room. They were watching football and we could hear them clapping and talking. I emailed the owner though the VRBO app about the noise but he never responded. Thus, we felt very uncomfortable because if we could hear the owners easily, that meant they could hear us easily. That made me feel uncomfortable. Next, the room has no heat aside from a small space heater and there was a large stain on the rug, next to the bed. Finally, the owner left the sliding glass door unlocked for us when we checked in instead of having a key in a box or a keyless digital entry like most places have. The door was wide open and there was a small standard lock which, on balance, simply did not feel safe. All in all, this rental needs some upgrades and the owners either need to leave the house or stay downstairs when they have guests.

Very clean, well decorated, classy, loved the hot tub, and they had wine and snacks for us. The area was very beautiful and a great place to look at the stars at night from the hot tub.

My boyfriend and I stayed here a few days while visiting family and this place was perfect for what we needed. Drinking morning coffee out in the vineyard deck was lovely to watch the birds and bring in the morning air. The bed was comfy, and though we couldn’t get the tv to work, we didn’t need it. You can hear the owners a bit through the walls, but that didn’t bother us too much. All in all the place was well located near downtown and the local restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was very peaceful and quiet.
