One of the very best places we've stayed. Beautiful, quiet, very clean, well-equipped. Location was great -- we walked everywhere. The property was even better than it appeared online. Plenty of street parking.
Everything easy and accessible within 10 mins. The apartment was perfect.
The check-in/out process was seamless. We really appreciated the key pads to enter and exit vs carrying keys. The rooms were spacious, appeared newly decorated, nice bathroom, full kitchen, generous sized bedroom and comfortable queen size bed leading to a patio and chairs through the bedroom French doors. Given the fact we rented the unit for 7-days I was surprised to not hear back the day after check-in from Mgmt office regarding request for more appropriate light bulbs for the bedroom. Overall it was a great one bedroom unit in a very good location and will strongly consider renting again.
Perfect location for a historic Savannah trip. My husband and I came for our anniversary and were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood with one of Savannah’s gorgeous squares right across the street. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Checkin was a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Great location
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Savannah for a wedding in a Tybee Island. We are happy we stayed in Savannah. So beautiful. The Suite was pretty, clean and well kept. The only thing that was not kept well was the outdoor area. There were a lot debris on porch, steps, sidewalk and courtyard. It was there for 2 days before it was blown off. It was the only property on the street that was that way. With the front steps with debris, we were afraid of slipping and falling. Some light bulbs were burned out. The container for laundry detergent was empty.
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely apt in beautiful location of historical district of savannah. Very powerful air conditioning, comfy bed, very clean and well taken care of.Rental agents very friendly and helpful... also when I couldn’t figure out how to lock front door... found parking in front of house all weekend.
The spot was perfect for our mother/daughters weekend getaway. The flat was spotless and spacious. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and an outside space to enjoy morning coffee and evening wine. The property manager was wonderful responding to several messages we had with questions. Highly recommend!
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Smack in the middle of downtown Savannah and walking distance from everything. (At the very most, a mile!) Was in town for a wedding and this place was more than perfect because it has a washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, kitchen, etc. Check-in and out was so smooth and easy. Only thing to beware is that the property emphasizes on being quiet because of neighbors. Wasn’t a problem for us but wanted to let ya know. :)
Location was perfect. We walked EVERYWHERE and only used Lyft/Uber when we felt like it. A few minor items seemed a bit strange: there was no pillowcase or blanket for the pull out bed, the exterior door lock was inconsistently functional, and there was limited toilet paper and some was single-ply. These weren’t important enough to contact mgmt about, please note. :-) Wonderful place, great city!
This was a great place. We had never been to Savannah and found ourselves in a beautiful but quiet neighborhood that was close to everything in historic Savannah. Forsyth Park is right around the corner. I assumed that we would be far from grocery stores but Kroger was so close and convenient when we wanted to eat in. We got away without having to pay for much parking because of when we were there but still had a day or two. I was expecting parking to be hard to find but there was always a spot on the same block as the apartment. Would stay again.
Great quiet location to visit and explore downtown historic Savannah. Almost everything is walking distance, parking can be a little tricky but doable. The townhome was clean and had everything we needed! Would definitely recommend to those visiting.
We loved this place! This beautiful and historic home is the perfect place to stay when visiting Savannah. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and within walking distance to eat, shop, entertainment and sight see. I highly recommend!
very nice property. Spacious, clean, quiet, pretty scenery, easy walk around
My husband and I went to Savannah for a short getaway. We were so impressed with the realty company and how responsive they were during our check in process. The condo is absolutely gorgeous and in a beautiful part of Savannah! We were able to walk to restaurants and even ran in the Savannah Bridge run. I would highly recommend this property!
Perfect apartment in the perfect location. Just as advertised with absolutely no disappointments.
We went to Savannah for our anniversary and absolutely loved this property, no complaints whatsoever. Everything inside the home was clean, well-maintained and ready for us upon our arrival. The neighborhood is great, located on Chatham Square and was perfect for our getaway as we could walk just about anywhere in the historic district. Also I will add that we saw a concert at EnMarket Arena and there is a free trolley that picks up event goers at the corner of Liberty and Barnard (about 3 blocks from the property) that made our experience even better. We didn't have to deal with any traffic or parking at the arena, meaning that this is an ideal property if you are in town for an event at the arena. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, romantic getaway and we hope to stay there again soon.
