Parkside Paradise | Spacious home in Rapid City with fireplace, grill, and W/D

The house worked perfectly for our “away from home” Thanksgiving get together. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there was plenty of room for dining and entertainming.

Overall the property was beautiful! It was very clean and spacious. The only problem we had was getting the main TV in the living room to work, couldn't access the cable. Directions on how to use it would've been nice. The downstairs was always colder than the upstairs as far as air conditioning, and there was no way to control it. I would definitely stay here again, but with a few updates.

Pro...Nice quiet neighborhood. Good location. Well stocked with toilet paper, Kleenex, cookware etc. comfortable beds plenty of sitting. Nice patio.Cons...Multiple beds in one room is on the main floor, no shower downstairs. Living room has a step down into it, which is hard to see and everyone tripped or fell into it. House AC is upstairs where it's warmer, so the downstairs is freezing. More towels would be nice. Used soap in the shower, dirty washcloths, coffee still in the pot. Could not use the garage.Before the trip I tried asking the owner questions about the floor plan, but vacasa AI wouldn't allow it.

Quiet neighborhood, large house with plenty of room to really settle in. 15 minutes from most sights we wanted to visit, downtown rapid, etc. Construction down the street made accessing the neighborhood tricky, but we learned back roads quickly. House could use a little bit of upkeep/repairs but to be expected with a house thats always listed. Unfortunately there was no one to directly contact to voice our concerns. We did find out, after booking through VRBO that this is managed through a management company vs individual which is fine, but it was really hard to get in touch with someone when we had questions. No booklet left with instructions on how to work the electronics in the house, very minimal linens available. We got checkout instructions too late as we were on the road hours before checkout time.

We absolutely loved this home. Had everything we needed and was a perfect location!

Uncomfortable. Thermostate for HVAC only on upper floor so very uneven temperatures. Living room tv/system complicated/clumsy. Kitchen poorly furnished so we ate out. We left early. Roses on sidewalk are a tripping hazard and lots of weeds in the front landscaping.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was a great location for easy access to the main roads to get to the sights of Rushmore, Crazy horse, Jewel Cave, Badlands, Sturgis, Deadwood, etc. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of sitting for our group. Kitchen area was well stocked appliances, pots, bowls, etc. Would highly recommend.

House was very clean with comfy beds, nice large bedrooms and bathrooms. Had everything we needed. Would stay again.

The nicest house we have stayed in with VERBO. It was a great location. More than enough room for us. The beds were great. Slept great. We used the kitchen a lot. It had everything we could want to cook and stay in.

First time using Vacasa and very impressed with their timeliness in response and the property we stayed at. Trip was amazing!

Everyone was very helpful! The home was in a wonderful location to all the sites around the Black Hills. The house was truly like being home. I can’t say enough of the amenities.

The house was everything we expected and more. Location was conducive for riding the roads of the Black Hills. The only down side for us was no access to the Garage, would have been nice to keep the Motorcycles dry and secure.

We liked the location for seeing the sites and it was very easy to get to the National Parks/Monuments and other 'tourist' things in the area. This home was comfortable and we loved having the washer/dryer and the beds.

The house seemed to be 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Perfect house for us.

This was a great house to stay at while visiting the badlands. Quiet neighborhood on edge of city. Fenced yard. Parking for two vehicles. Well stocked with grill, 4 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) & 2.5 bathrooms. Comfortable beds & spacious house overall. Close enough to visit all major attractions. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rapid City.

This house was truly an awesome place to stay for us, our grown kids and 2 grand babies! With 3 comfortable king size beds, doubles bunk beds, and in one of the King rooms a foam bed that was stored in the closet it was perfect for our family! Master bedroom and bath was wonderful with a double shower and separate tub. Every area of the house felt comfortable! The back yard and patio was a great place to enjoy the beautiful weather! Thanks for everything!

This house was perfect for our 2 families! Plenty of space! Beautiful, fenced backyard, large kitchen well appointed kitchen! Would stay here again! Please note that property has an iron but no ironing board. So bring your own if you need. As we were told that it's not a listed amenity.

The home was absolutely gorgeous and we very much enjoyed our visit. The beds were fabulous, some of the most comfortable mattresses we have slept on away from home.
