Parkside Estate, Niagara Falls, USA + Free Parking

Overall the experience as just average. The place wasn’t cleaned well, plastic bottles were left from the previous stay. The place itself is very old and rooms upstairs had a musty smell. Toilets knobs were very loose. The owner did try to make the experience as pleasant as possible by regularly checking in , has AC units upstairs which allows for cold air especially since the upstairs is converted attic space. etc. just that the place is old, can’t say much other than that.

Everything was good except the heater was not working and we had to spend two terrible nights (we had the 1st night 93F and 2nd night 38F). A technician came in twice but was not able to fix the issue. And some of the rooms were full of bugs. What most striking was that the property manager couldn't even have words to apologize.

Very good deal, my family loved it this house, kids enjoy their privicy at the 2nd level.

We had a great time it is a perfect property,was very clean with a lovely kitchen and all new appliances. The 4 bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, for everyone to spread out and relax, We were a family of 8 and 9 year old kid. No-one had to wait to shower or use the facilities and there was always plenty of hot water, shower gel shampoon plenty clean tower and ...... We loved our stay in this lovely peaceful home! .This is such an amazing side ,relax ,quiet, nice neighbor, very close to the Niagara Falls, restaurant ,market, We cant wait to come back! The property was pretty spacious and clean. It was comfortable for our family of six for the weekend. Sergio (the host) was extremely kind and responsive. We’d definitely stay here if we were to come back to the Buffalo/Niagara area again.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room, clean and quiet neighborhood. Did see some pest in the house.

The house is better than the pictures show. The living room has new sofas, a fireplace and a good space to hang out. Its big window outlooks the park across the street (dead end street). Kitchen is well equipped, and the dining area has a world map on the wall, a very interesting decoration that entertained us for a long time. The 2 bedrooms on the main floor have a good size, and share a full bathroom with walk in shower. The 2 bedrooms upstairs share a full bathroom and have an interesting layout and good privacy. The house has beautiful wood cabinets all over the first floor, and you understand why they are there when you read the story of the house. New linens and towels (not big towels, but honest and soft). No issues with communication. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was super cute and clean. It was close to Niagara Falls and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

The house was very cute and super clean. It was near the end of a dead end road which was very nice because it was so peaceful. It was close to everything and close to the falls. The only downfall was the house is loud. Everything kind of echos and is amplified. We have five kids and even them walking upstairs sounded like a heard of elephants lol we still enjoyed our stay!
