Great location, clean and spacious

Our stay was great overall! The pool table was awesome and there was plenty of space for all of us to hangout. It's in a great neighborhood with so many awesome things nearby! Communication with property manger was someone shotty (we didn't get check-in instructions until an hour before and checkout instructions until after most of us left) but it all worked out well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host provided clear, concise instructions, so check in and check out were a breeze. They also responded to messages very promptly, even one I sent fairly late in the evening on a Friday or Saturday. The townhouse suited my family's needs very well; it was spacious and clean. It boasts a great have-your-cake-and-eat-it-too combination of central location yet quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient to have a garage with room to fit a midsize SUV. Given the opportunity, we would gladly stay there again.

Parking was super easy and place is conviently located to restaurants and stores. Didn't need the car all weekend.

This property is clean and well maintained. It is located in a safe and nice neighborhood. We enjoyed our time at the house. It was a great experience and we would definitely like to stay here again for our next trip to Philadelphia.

Great place. Close to activities.

We absolutely loved the location of this property. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants and the Philly bus tour shuttle was even able to pick us up for sight-seeing and museum-hopping. It’s always hard to find a spot that the adults & kids will appreciate equally but this one checked all the boxes. The pool table with the TV was a big hit for all ages as well. Thank you!

Had a few friends get together for a small 40th birthday party and this house was phenomenal. Clean, comfortable, plenty of space. Back yard space was very tranquil. The garage was ideal to park my car. All my friends loved the house and commented on how nice it was. Would definitely use this property again if I was ever hosting a get together in the city.

I recently joined two longtime friends for a delayed beautiful celebration. This rental was a great choice. We had our own bedrooms, and plenty of room to gather in the large kitchen and living room. Also, The patio was lovely in the late afternoon after a busy day of visiting historic sites.

Had kids for quick turnaround in Philly for a conference at the medical center. Great spot. Awesome hosts. Clean. Quiet neighborhood in close proximity to Rittenhouse without the chaos. Great pizza and coffee nearby. Loved it.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Walking distance to several grocery stores and a great coffee shop which we walked to several times. Close proximity to all the historical sight-seeing spots as well. Walk-able neighborhood with no safety issues that we noticed.The house was great, but a few minor enhancements could make the place better: dish towel and sponge in kitchen, wine glasses, a few serving dishes. The master bed was also creaky and the bed frame broken/bent while we were there so you felt like you were sinking into the middle. Owner/manager was quick to help us with this though, just removed the bed from the metal frame so they were very attentive on this and anything else. Finally, there was an Extra guest fee of 40/person for each person over 3 guests. Never seen this before and it was included in the price upfront, but just seems silly for a place that sleeps 8.

We rented this home while staying Philly for our son's wedding! It was perfect for our family! We had plenty of room for all 6 of us! The house was clean and exactly as described. We especially liked having a garage and patio! Would definitely stay here again
