Park Place - 4 Bedroom Home with a Park!

This home was amazing. Extremely clean, exceptionally well stocked, comfortable furniture, bright natural light, and had a great layout with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 downstairs. For safety, there is a gate blocking the stairs. There is a deck with a grill and a fire pit that would have been so much fun to roast hot dogs and make s’more’s had it not been so cold when we were there. The fire pit was already prepared for us to just light and there was plenty more available to use on other nights. The beds are very firm (which was just what we like) so if you like soft beds, these will be too firm for your liking. The steps into the house (3 or 4) were somewhat high (I’d guess at least 6 inches). We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

Clean family friendly home, nice visiting space outside and close to everything.

The property was very nice, located in a great area. Was fully furnished kitchen, nice patio and furnishings. That was all a 10. Did not appreciate all the dog nose prints all over the nice big picture window and patio door or dog bone under couch..cleaning was not great. Small lamp in bedrooms would be nice. Basement was always 10-15 degrees colder than upstairs, bring extra blankets. Front door storm would not stay shut as the lock was falling off, only had 1 screw holding it. Bathroom door handle fell off, we put back on. Recliner in basement has a broken footrest. Just felt like a maintenence-neglected home. Reached out to James several times, heard back once. Also, needs to have entering and closing out and other rules/ directions posted someplace. Would not stay here again.

Great place! Very accommodating, had everything we needed and more! We loved the back deck! Fenced yard was great for the dogs, nice neighborhood. Hope to come back!

Property was great! Check in was easy! House was kid and pet friendly.

Great spot for a family. Got to have a bonfire. There were even some toys for the kids! It was convenient that it was pet friendly, so I didn’t have to board my dog.

This was a fully equipped home! Had everything we needed and a few things we didn’t know we needed. Plenty of room for everyone including the dogs! Fenced in backyard was fantastic! They even had a shovel for the unexpected snow!!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home .. open areas, updated kitchen.. had everything we needed! we will be back!

Great layout and proximity to park were great for our family stay

House and property were immaculate! Convenient location right off of the interstate was nice. Kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed. The fenced yard right off of the park worked well with having our dog along.

We were there for a wedding. I had a hard time getting a hold of James the host and getting responses from him so was a bit frustrating.

Room for everyone (family of 7), easy to use thermostat (was cold whe we arrived, but warmed up quickly and simple to cool down for night), enough dishes for all, easy to communicate with owner.

Beautiful property! My whole family had to find a place to fit everybody and this was perfect. Spacious bedrooms, safe neighborhood, everything was very clean, the fire pit in the back was awesome and the park in the backyard offered so much to do for children and adults. There is a beautiful bike trail, pickleball courts, and volleyball courts nearby. Only small con was some of our family members felt the mattresses to be pretty firm and had some sore backs at the end of the trip. Other than that, I highly recommend to anybody needing a place to stay for a trip to Sioux Falls.

This place was very nice. The home is big. And the deck and fire pit were awesome! Everything we n3ed3d was furnished and the home was comfortable.

Convenient, comfortable, quiet

Perfect place for a girls weekend. Plenty of space for all activities. We loved the outdoor patio and fire pit, and the park in the backyard added to the quietness of the location.

Great house for a group. Loved the large patio table and fire pit area. The park with pickleball directly behind the house was super fun. Worked well for our group of parents and grown kids with their spouses.

This was our second time staying at this property and we will definitely be back . Perfect location and set up . Our grandkids loved the park and pickleball courts just out the backyard .

This was an excellent property for us. We had our 10 month old granddaughter and our adult children stay. They had everything we needed for oir little one. Just an great stay!

Very close to public park and walking/biking trail. This home was perfect for our family gathering with adult children/grandchild. The rooms are nicely sized, very functional, and clean. The home offered everything we needed, was clean and the process was excellent. We made all our meals in the kitchen and used the outside grill. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor spaces in addition to the living areas inside. Very positive experience!

Stayed with friends while attending a 4 day basketball tournament. Everything was great.

Very nice place. We more or less just slept there however; they have all the amenities if you wanted to make more out of your stay. I'd definitely stay there again.

Place was really well thought out. They put together a great and affordable place here. Even had some stuff stocked up for use. Fully recommend to anyone.

This home was amazing. So clean and well appointed! While it was too cold to enjoy the deck and back yard, it looked very nice. My notes to James with a couple of pre-check-in questions were answered in a very timely fashion.

We had a lovely Chistmas vacation visiting our Sioux Falls relatives. The house was warm and accommodating and the Christmas tree was a special touch which was greatly appreciated! The kuerig collection was phenomenal! Thank you for the added attention to make our get together extra special.

This house was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. They even had a Christmas tree set up that we could put our presents under! House was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

It’s a great house

We had an excellent time and the house was exactly what we needed for our stay.

We went to a concert in Sioux Falls and wanted a different atmosphere for visiting than a Hotel. Everything in the home was amazing. Loved being by the walking trail too! Beautiful park too!

The space was great for our family. The two levels worked out well. The weather was chilly, so we didn't take advantage of the park behind the house, but it looked nice for little kids. Super convenient. Nicely updated.

Very clean and well cared for. Well stocked. It was almost 100% great except for one thing. There are overhead ceiling lights in every room but not one table lamp in the entire house. I hate overhead lighting. There was no alternative. There were lamps attached to the headboards of the beds but not one of them worked. So - no reading in bed unless the whole room was flooded with garish light from the overhead light/fan unit. Please put lights on the end tables! Otherwise this place was really great.

We stayed at this house in Sioux Falls while we were in South Dakota to tour SDSU in Brookings. The house is very clean, updated and well maintained - it’s just like the photos. We have two teens who enjoyed having the lower level to themselves. It’s also a great value. The location next to the park was wonderful. It’s also a short drive to the lovely downtown area (we enjoyed some great restaurants). We’d definitely stay again!
