Guest access
The whole house is yours: both bedrooms, both baths, the covered porch, private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit and grill. Nothing is shared. Self check-in with a keypad from 4pm. Parking on the property fits 3 cars, with an EV charger. Single level, no steps between rooms.

Other things to note
• The pool is not heated. From October to February it is a cold plunge; the hot tub is the warm soak.
• Shops and restaurants are about 15 minutes` drive, so you will want a car.
• Cell service can be limited in some areas; Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection are in the house.
• Dogs welcome, no prior approval needed.
• No cameras on the property.
• No smoking.
• Check-in 4pm, check-out 11am.

Neighborhood
The Joshua Tree National Park boundary is a short walk from the house. For trailheads, boulder fields and climbing, the nearest gated park entrance is about 20 minutes` drive. This is a quiet, private stretch of desert with properly dark skies, so clear winter nights are for stargazing from the porch or the hot tub. Town, with shops and restaurants, is about 15 minutes by car. If you want to walk to dinner, this is not that place.

Getting around
You will need a car. Parking on the property fits 3 cars, with an EV charger, and there is free street parking too. The park boundary is a short walk; the gated park entrance is about 20 minutes` drive, and town is about 15 minutes.
Please leave the house as you found it. If you have damaged or broken anything please let us know asap or we will have to charge you for damage. If there is excessive cleaning that needs to be done we will also need to charge you for that so please be mindful of how you treat the house while you are here. No open containers, opened food wrappers, no excessive alcohol use, and no smoking permitted.

Early check-in/Late check-out is 60$ an hour and subject to availability.
