Stayed Jul 26, 2024This house is small. It was not big enough for a family of 5 and a couple of friends to spend time together comfortably in the common areas. There was an effort made in decor, but there were weird smells throughout and not deep cleaned. It was not dirty, but not quite clean either. Matthew's chat communications were responsive, but he can't change the layout.

Stayed Apr 5, 2024Well located. No Fire extinguisher, first aid kit or hairdryer in the home. Dishwasher and outdoor barbecue grill were dirty and unusable. Bedding and sheets were clean.

Stayed Jan 8, 2024My boyfriend and two of his coworkers stayed here for a couple of weeks and it was perfect! The house had everything they needed for their stay. It was in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which was often patrolled by the local police. This was our first experience with VRBO and we will definitely be coming back here again to book! Our host, matthew, was very accommodating and super easy to work with. Communication with him was spot on!
