Guests can use a garage inside the building. A smaller vehicle is suggested, as the access street is very narrow.

The property is in La Lonja, Palma’s historic quarter, known for its many restaurants, bars, and nightlife. This is a vibrant district with an active evening atmosphere.

    This apartment is in a great location. Everything we wanted to do in the city of Palma was within a fifteen minute walk. The square the apartment is on has several cafes but we had no problem with noise, it is away from the busier tourist areas. Nothing but good things to say!

    Overall we had a wonderful stay. The house was very spacious for our family. The location was great and there was lots to do and see within a 10 minute walk in either direction. I would recommend this place as it will not disappoint. Some items to improve upon - we had an issue with one of the showers where the water was pooling. Also there was no key leading to the garage which felt a bit unsafe, and I would recommend having beach towels available for those that wish to go to the beach.

    This rental will blow you away. Beautiful finishes and cool layout, right in the heart of the city. Exactly where you want to be for stores, restaurants, and the beach. Could not give higher praise for the staff and their kindness and communication. Thanks for everything!

    The location was the key attribute that made us pick this townhome over the rest. It is 5 minutes walk from the cathedral, marina, the old city center and its shopping streets. I thought that proximity to bars and restaurants would be a problem. They're right next to the front door and are open till about 2pm. But fortunately the soundproofing of the house is decent and we had no issues sleeping. If you plan to rent a car, pick the smallest available - access to the garage is a very narrow street.

    We spent about two weeks over the Easter holidays at this townhouse as a family of 6 with our 4 teenage kids (14-17). We could not have picked a better place. The house is perfectly located in one of the best places in the old town of Palma. Everything … really everything is in a close by walking distance … all the good restaurants, the Mercato Santa Catalina, the cathedral, most museums, all the shops and even the city beach is just a fifteen-minute walk away. We did not need a car. Highly recommended!

    This is a great place to stay and enjoy Mallorca at your fingertips, or stay in and cook or relax on the rooftop. Just an absolute treat. Management was so nice and helpful, they were super responsive. The hot water heater stopped working one day and they had a plumber in there immediately to fix. Can't recomend more highly.

    Our family of 5 adults and a child stayed in this property for 8 nights over Christmas. The pre-arrival communications with Xavi were great, as was the arrival welcome where Xavi gave us a good tour of the property. We had a lovely time in this very spatious townhouse, although there’s room for improvement in a few important areas: The kitchen might be “fully equiped” but the owners should consider stocking up on coffee cups, mugs and other standard things like drinking glasses and wine glasses, so a party of 6 can drink wine and water from similar glasses. Most wine glasses had hazy-white layers on them, please consider replacing. We did notice a distinct smell of sewage, which we told Xavi during the intitial welcome “tour”. A plumber was called after a couple of days, but he could not fix anything and the terrible smell continued throughout our stay. This was for sure a big deterrant and we did not really enjoy being inside the townhouse due to this sewage smell. All in all, we had a great time and would for sure like to return. But for us to want to return, the sewage smell should be taken seriously and taken care of.
