Lovely location, close to the beach and restaurants.Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The roof terrace is fabulous! We had breakfast and evening drinks and/or dinner there every night.Highly recommended this apartment!

Our favorite by far was the 3rd floor large balcony overlooking the Palma marina. We could see both sunrise and sunset. But the house as a whole was also fantastic. Bedrooms had all we needed; the 2nd floor bedroom had beautiful sliding door closets with drawers inside and the kitchen had whatever we needed to cook in.

The property was perfect for our stay: my husband and I took the bedroom and bathroom on one level and our guests each had a bedroom and shared a bathroom on a different level. We stayed 7 nights and there was plenty of space so that we were not cramped and there is plenty of storage. Sunrises and sunsets on the terrace were marvelous. A supermarket is less than 10 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook two dinners rather than go out. The view of the marina and the hotel next door are also pluses. Aitor is a great host and we had no problems at all with communications and access to him when we had questions. We honestly have nothing negative to say about the property, the host, the location, and Palma.

Everything was perfect with the house and location. Beach, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. East walk to Palma city along the back of the main beach. Not a single negative.

We had a super time here. It’s a fabulous location over looking the harbour. The layout is great with the roof terrace. Apartment was very clean, and really well equipped kitchen to be able to cook no problem. Communication with Aitor was great also, super responsive. 10/10.

The property is very nice warm and cozy. Everything is close by. We will definitely come back.

The apartment was clean and beatifully decorated. Aitor was a brilliant host. We loved the area with a lot of nice restaurants. We rented bicycles and we loved to visit a lot of nice places.

We had a wonderful stay, everything was perfect and the host couldn’t be more helpful and the location was easily accessible without being too busy. Would definitely recommend staying there.

From the first day to the last everything was great, comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax, top floor porch was great with nice views of the city and the harbor. Aitor was very attentive and the oranges, lemons and limes were appreciated. Did not want to leave!

We really enjoyed this property. It's incredibly clean and beautifully decorated. It's right by the marina and has a beach close by not the nicest one we went to, but definitely convenient. Beautiful hotel and restaurant next-door so you can walk over and have fine dining. About a 45 minute drive to all the attractions so if you rent a car, you will be all set. Parking was not hard at all. We loved staying here. I would definitely recommend it.
