Main home is duplex style with a hallway connecting. Cottage is the guest house and totally separated from main home by the drive. On Side A, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, largest kitchen, dining, living, large laundry, private work area, game/bar area, screened-in porch, grilling deck, fire pit area. Side B has a smaller kitchen/dining/living area and two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with covered patio and pergola cover, too, with fire pit. C, the Cottage, is a standalone 1/1 with full kitchen, dining and living area. Parking at the front door of all units and step free entry.
