The just was super responsive when I somehow lost my email with the details of check in. The house was so beautiful and exceptionally clean. Beds were really comfortable as well. We went for a girls trip and already are planning to go back. I would stay at this place over and over again.

Beautiful views of the river and the redwoods! Hot tube was easy and fun, they had a bag of coffee beans to welcome us, and we loved the sitting room overlooking the river. The location is great because it's within walking distance of town. Could be more pots and pans in the kitchen and it's not that easy to get into the house. There is a key to unlock the gate, a keypad on the front door and an alarm system you have 60 seconds to disable. Having said all that I would rent it again!

Nice for most part, but some things could use attention: Front gate deadbolt missing a screw. Front bedroom outside door has gaps on side and bottom, causing a cold draft. Missing a complete set of sheets for sofa beds. Pots and pans were badly scratched/very worn out, so not great to cook in.

Our stay at this riverfront home was wonderful. We were there on a rainy weekend in February, but the house was warm and sitting at the picture window watching the river roll by was what we were looking for. Sitting in the hot tub watching the river roll by was also very nice.

Beautiful, open space. I loved all of the natural light coming through the house. I will have to come back in the summer months when we can take advantage of the dock and the river.

We had a wonderful stay at Naomi’s property. The home is very peaceful with a serene setting, and the soothing sound of the river flowing nearby made it incredibly relaxing. The house is very roomy and filled with natural sunlight, which made mornings especially enjoyable while having breakfast and taking in the river views.The home was spotless and well maintained, with plenty of amenities. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed. In the evenings, we loved stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy the quiet surroundings and even stargaze right from the property.The neighborhood is calm and quiet, offering great privacy while still feeling safe and welcoming. Naomi was a great host, top notch comms. Overall, a beautiful and relaxing place, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature.

The house was beautiful and Guernville is amazing. The rental company responded within minutes, answering every question we had. We went during rainy season and it was very cozy. The town has amazing food, shops, and people! Shout out to Benny at Benny’s Coffee. We will be back for summer. Thank you Paradise!

We had a wonderful peaceful New Year’s Eve stay. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. Hot tub was a treat!

Wonderful stay for Thanksgiving celebration. Our favorite part was the sunroom off the kitchen where we could watch wildlife on the river. We saw egrets, otters, cormorants, and much more! We typically spend time at the Russian River during the summer months when the river is super busy. We enjoyed the fall experience of nobody on the river. It was peaceful with beautiful light changes throughout each day creating painting like views. Our guests found their bed to be comfortable. We thought the king bed was a bit soft yet we slept well. The kitchen was well appointed for serving a holiday meal. The furniture was comfortable. The deck and hot tub were enjoyable and fairly private. The location so close to downtown Guerneville was ideal for our stay. Thank you for the lovely card, coffee and magnet welcoming us. Would rent again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful house. It was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. The cozy couch and chairs with the view of the river was our favorite spot. The private dock was great and the river there is deep enough to jump in. We enjoyed relaxing on the dock and using the SUP’s provided. The management company was great to interact with and provided clear instructions for check in/out. Korbel is a short drive with excellent champagne tasting and the free tour is a must. We also enjoyed the beer and food at the Russian River Pub. We enjoyed our 3 day weekend here and would definitely book again.

Great location, walking distance to town/johnson’s beach. Clean comfortable house as described with a nice kitchen that has everything you need to make meals. We mostly prepared meals at the house. The paddle boards and kayaks were super fun to use exploring the river.

It was a lovely vacation, right on the river, lots of kayaking, swimming, hiking at Redwood Armstrong Park.

My 94 year mom was with us plus our pup. We all had a relaxing family vacation. Playing in the water, games, cooking together and lots of smiles.House is one level, cental open space plan, large kitchen; overall a great place to be with family and friends. Each bedroom has large TV.We loved everything about the house and location.Looking forward for our next’s trip.

We had a great time staying at this property on the river, located near Gurneville. It was clean, had kayaks/paddleboards, and the property manager was very communicative. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to have some fun on the River!

The property is true to the pictures. It's clean, open concept kitchen and family room with a beautiful overlook onto the river. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans with appliances. No frills with the spices and condiments, so make sure to bring what ever you need. Beds were comfy. Kayak and paddle boards were great and easy to use. The dock was a little under water, but we were able to sit on chairs and enjoy the river. Overall, a great experience and we'll be back next year.

I came here with my sister and my son who lives in San Francisco. My son has been here several times and wanted to show us the area. We toured the Benziger winery in Sonoma Valley but mainly kayaked. I would definitely stay here again

Lovely, relaxing home

Two children and four adults stayed three nights, with absolutely great memories of the home with absolutely no issues. If I was to return to the area, we would certainly consider this home! Beautiful, we’ll maintained and nicely decorated home to spend a short or long period of time along the river.

Highly recommend if planning a stay in Guerneville. This property is exceptionally well cared for and maintained. The kitchen and laundry spaces were well stocked, which was greatly appreciated and helped make our stay simpler. The arrival and departure details were well communicated, and simple to follow instructions. We enjoyed our brief stay so much we cannot wait to go back!!!

We were on a girls trip celebrating our 50th birthdays and had an amazing stay at the riverfront home in Guernville. The home was clean and had everything. The beds were super comfortable. You can not beat the location or the views. We enjoyed sipping coffee every morning watching paddle boarders and kayakers go by and listening to all the birds. We would definitely go back. My family and I stayed for two nights and it was perfect. There is a ton of room to lounge, the deck and views are incredible, and we never felt overcrowded (6 of us plus a dog). You’re walking distance to town, though the road is bust with no sidewalk so we mostly drove and it’s literally two minutes to town by car. Sitting on the deck watching the birds was so peaceful.

This home was ideal to celebrate my daughter's birthday with her friends! We enjoyed the location, and cooking up a feast. The dock was off limits because of the seasonal rains, however this news was communicated to us ahead of time and we made adjustments as to where to access the river and it did not impact our enjoyment for a long weekend. The girls loved the hot tubbing under the stars. Thank you for having us!

The house was really big and clean. The hot tub was hot and the view amazing. We loved watching the otters go by and the ducks and birds play in the river. Will be back when the river is slow and low so we can enjoy in the water activities.

This is maybe the 5th time my friends and I have stayed at this property. We absolutely love it. It's always super clean, has everything one needs, and the dealing with the owners/manager is a dream!!It's right on the water with beautiful mostly private views. Access to the river when available is so fun, and the hottub is always clean and inviting. I love this place so very much.

I picked this property to have a couple of friends come out to help celebrate a milestone birthday. We had a great time at the house which is set up perfectly. The common area has a ton of space and is good for when everyone wants to be together and good if people want a little separation. All of the bedrooms are in separate corners of the house which is also nice. Would love to come back in the warmer months when we can use the dock. Great location for a quick walk into town for coffee and for a short drive to wineries.

We had a lovely stay at Paradise. The house was spotless and stocked with everything we needed. The view was beautiful and the surroundings were quiet. It was a great location with lots to do in the area. Highly recommend and hope to return soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this property. The River is gorgeous, the house is clean, all amenities readily available, close to hiking, beach, wine tasting. Quiet and serene area, neighborhood is great. Property management team was fantastic and helpful. Easy check in and out. One of my favorite VRBOs.

I’m afraid to be honest because then place will be so popular I’ll never be able to rent it again! I LOVE THIS HOUSE. The beds and couches are super comfortable. A big size TV in all bedrooms and the living room? Above and beyond and greatly appreciated!! The house is spotless (including the hot tub). Bonus points for being dog friendly and also super clean! The kitchen made me swoon. I have never had a rental with such a fully equipped kitchen! We brought things up “just in case” but did not need to. The pictures do not do this place justice! The property manager, Naomi was very responsive and helpful and a great communicator. She anticipated some potential questions and provided answers before I even asked them (love that)! I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving at this lovely home! The space was even nicer and more open in person than the pictures show. It was perfect for hosting our group, and the space was well appointed with all the cooking supplies and space we needed for. Few large meals. The home and furnishings seem new and are in perfect condition, the deck space is amazing for some outdoor lounging. The location was easily walkable to town. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four stayed at Paradise for the long weekend. The home was easy to check-in and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and we had access to kayaks and paddle boards. The view of the river was beautiful. The location was great. We were just minutes from delicious restaurants and enjoyed hiking in nearby Armstrong Redwoods and the Jenner Headlands Reserve with breathtaking views of the ocean. The host was excellent. Informative, organized, and accommodating. We are already talking about returning this summer. It was such a delightful trip!

The only real challenge was parking as we were all coming from different areas and the parking is very limited. The house was great with lovely views and river access, easy to get around as well.

Spacious 3BR house on Russian River. Large, open-room design with modern kitchen and appliances. Well stocked with essentials. Large flat screens. Within walking distance of town and restaurants.

Five of us stayed for two nights at the property, it was wonderful and we would absolutely go back again.

It was so nice! Thank you so much! We used the dock and water toys and hot tub and went to the bars dressed as pickles for my cousins bachelorette party. Was a great weekend. The house was very clean, didn't smell like a river house one bit which is an impressive feat. The coffee provided was an absolute life saver. We left a frozen pizza and some eggs. Hope that's okay. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful house. The dock and the river access are a dream. We did have a small issue with some construction happening next door. Apparently, it’s been going on for several years without much of an issue but the noise was really rough while we were there. They were working on building the deck and the structure around it, which required some very intense, loud equipment and machinery. I reached out to the property managers and they were understanding. They let us know when the construction was going to end for the day and tried to accommodate us the best they could. Even with this, I would recommend this property to anybody.

It was a beautiful piece of property. We all love to prepare meals each night. The kitchen was well stocked. Access to the river was perfect with a couple kayaks that we loved. We enjoyed the wildlife. We do this each year, but choose to go to different locations. But if we didn’t, this was definitely be a house that I would recommend returning to year after year.

Location and house itself are perfect. Views of the River and a private dock for relaxing, kayaking and just floating. This time of year (all summer really) the River is like your private lake as the water slows to almost no current backing up from Johnsons Beach dam.

Enjoyed this place immediately upon walking in to the extremely clean, nicely decorated and arranged home. Plenty of space to work in this beautiful kitchen. Bedrooms separated for privacy. Deck area perfect for enjoying outdoor meals together. But, The Spot was the dock. We spent hours sitting on the dock, enjoying the kayaks and bird watching. Peaceful neighborhood with well kept homes. We walked to town on side street in 10 minutes. Would book again for sure!

This is a lovely, comfortable, updated home with a great location on the river! There is a pretty view of the river from the deck and the living room. The home is immaculate and the layout is great for a combination of together time and privacy in the bedrooms. The hot tub is conveniently located steps away from the sliding door to the deck. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. My teens loved the dock, as well as the small beach that they could swim to across from the dock. Naomi is also wonderful property manager who is extremely communicative and responsive. We highly recommend this property!

This gracious house reflects a lot of thoughtful care -- the kitchen is well-stocked with everything one needs for cooking, the bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable, the deck perfect for boisterous meals or evenings spent listening to the frog chorus. We watched the swallows swoop against the evening sky from the comfort of the hot tub; we cannonballed into the river off the dock; we kayaked (thanks to the house's ample supply of water toys); we had a lovely five-day respite. Special shout-out to the property management company, who did a marvelous job with check-in and check-out. We are already planning a return visit.
