Paradise Oceanside Estate- 6 Bedrooms & 9 BR + Office + Theater Room – SLEEPS 14

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Traveling with three young children, we found it to be spacious, comfortable, and very family-friendly. Everything was exactly as described, and the amenities made our week easy and relaxing. The host was responsive and great to work with, and check-in was seamless. We would absolutely recommend this property to other families and would gladly stay again.

We absolutely loved this home! Perfect for hot days with the perfect outdoor kitchen set up and mini golfing area, bags when you’re done for the day, and the turf was PERFECT! The home itself is completely perfect with the size and layout, the movie theatre room was a hit on a cold and rainy evening! Would’ve loved to stay longer and definitely will be staying again!

The house layout was really nice with each bedroom having their own bathrooms. It was really nice to be able to control the pool and jacuzzi temperature. The kayak lift was not working for a couple days, but a person was sent out to replace the panel. There is a large ice maker located outside that helped keep ice stocked. There is an outdoor kitchen and mini fridge that made it very convenient not to have to cook inside and bring the food and drinks outside. Garbage truck comes around 5am and came 2 times during our stay. The refridgerator in the house is a standard size, but it would be even better if it was a larger size. It was a very relaxing vacation.

This property is IT!!! Amazing stay here for our annual family vacay to the keys. We had 14 people stay in the house and everyone was super comfortable the entire stay. I cannot rave about this location enough!

The house was just as described in the listing! It was beautiful, lots of amenities, plenty of space, great location out to open water, and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again for sure!

Andrew’s home was perfect for our family gathering in the keys last week, which included 4 parents, 3 seniors, and 6 kids aged 4-10. The home was very clean, and each room has its own bathroom, plus there is an extra powder room and pool bath. The pool stayed cool even after a long, hot day. There was plenty of room for 4 cars in the driveway. And our boat trailer. The dock is great, and we were able to fit our 27.5’ boat easily, plus had room for a family member to dock with his 40’ boat at the same time. There are 2 high quality hoses, and a cleaning station. There is a deep freeze for ice, and our only suggestion to upgrade an already amazing dock would be to add an ice maker. We truly enjoyed our stay, and will be looking to book again on our next family visit to Marathon.

This was a great property to stay out for our yearly family vacation. We are a total of 10 adults and 6 kids. The house was specious enough for all of us to stay with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was great for the kids to play in all day with having a shallow area for the younger kids. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. Only think that worried us was the sliding glass doors lead straight into the dock/canal with no gate. We had 3 little ones that couldn’t swim. But the doors were heavy enough that they couldn’t open on their own. The house was a wonderful place to stay!

Thus home has everything you need to relax and be active and have fun. Plenty of space for people.

Amazing property with great amenities. The paddle boards and kayaks were great addition to be able to get out to the flats at the end of the canal and paddle around. Love the Atlantic gulf access. The media room was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Home was clean, modern, fresh and comfortable. With 12 people in the home we all had plenty of space. Owners were responsive to any needs, and question through the booking process and stay.

We (13 of us) spent a week riding throughout the keys at the beginning of May and it was amazing. The house was unbelievably nice and fit all of us perfectly. Was plenty of space and lot of amenities. This was by far the nicest house I have ever rented and am wanting to take my family back there later this year and will absolutely stay here again.

It was a great property for a family group. We had plenty of space to enjoy the pool, outdoor space and canal. Communication was excellent and any issues were promptly addressed. Thank you.

Great property, modern, plenty of room, movie room was great, AC perfect, kitchen well equipped, linens were high quality, all outdoor amenities, bikes, paddle boards, putting green, hammocks were awesome, great filtered water, convenient to resteraunts, dock and boating were fantastic. best property in Marathon.
