This astonishing ground level spacious 2,315 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms (two large master suites) & 3 full bathrooms. Newly renovated and fully furnished! Features an open floor plan, high ceilings, interior shutters and hurricane impact windows and doors. Note: Key Largo requires a 28+ day minimum stay for all rental properties.

The kitchen and living room flow together to create a very open spacethat is perfect for entertaining. Kitchen has everything you need to create the perfect meal and features stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. The breakfast bar has 4 comfortable bar stools that can be used as a work area or for grabbing a quick bite to eat. The living room has a large spacious sectional couch with ottoman. The floating media center includes wall-mounted 75″ 4K TV that is perfect for watching movies. The dining room features a large table with 8 chairs that is ready to host all your friends.

The backyard is dreamy with tropical trees, tiki hut, screened in lanai, bar, and a private pool. The tiki hut features a large table with 6 chairs, plenty of ambient lighting, and an electric grill. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or work on your tan. The screened porch features a seating area with love seat, 2 chairs, and coffee table. The corner bar has 3 bar stools and is perfect for hosting a happy hour with friends.

The first master bedroom features a king bed, 2 nightstands, large dresser w/ mirror, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The second master bedroom features a 65″ 4K television, work table with 2 chairs, nightstands, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms feature full beds, 2 nightstands, and closet. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and plenty of lighting.

At night, turn on the Tiki Bar lights and enjoy a few drinks for happy hour. There are plenty of restaurants and bars that are in walking distance from the property. There is so many things to do in the area that you'll never be bored!

    The property is beautiful and as described. Todd was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The house is large enough to enjoy a lengthy stay. The open concept allowed us to be part of the conversation or watch a show while we prepared our meals. The screened in porch was something that was appreciated considering the mosquitoes were really bad during our stay. We bought mosquito fogger so that we could enjoy time under the tiki hut or soak in the plunge pool. The house is walking distance to local restaurants, dive shop, and a wonderful community park, all of which we enjoyed. Grocery stores, shopping, John Pennekamp State Park and Dairy Queen are shorts driving distances away. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 were due to some inconveniences we experienced during our stay. The AC had gone out for a few days and we experienced a leak in one of the bathrooms. Todd was quick to try to remedy the situation and even offered to extend our stay. Something we found that we did not like, and some may not have a problem with it, is the houses are close together. This home has neighbors on three sides, and while the fence, tropical plants and trees provide privacy, they do not dampen the noise of all the window ACs running, making it difficult to enjoy the outside.

    The Florida Keys have become our favorite winter destination. We had family and friends join us during our recent stay at Paradise in Key Largo. This home has all that's needed for an enjoyable relaxing vacation in the sunny south, particularly for family time. The property was as described. As depicted, the pool is smaller, however, was perfect for our littles who visited and for a quick refreshing plunge. The Tiki Hut is large with plenty of room for backyard get togethers and BBQ's. It provided much needed shade and there was always an evening breeze. The home was spacious, clean and easy to maintain, having all the amenities you would require. The property is well maintained. This home is within a mile to many great restaurants; all within walking distance; our favorite being Snooks to catch an evening sunset, and Skippers for an afternoon Happy Hour. There is a 5-minute walk to an amazing park/pool facility (including Pickleball, Tennis, Volleyball). Publix grocery store was approximately 3 miles from this home, and local attractions, such as John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, Theatre of the Sea, Marinas, etc. were all nearby. Todd, our contact for the home, was welcoming and addressed any concerns we had immediately. We had an enjoyable, relaxing 2 months stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property.
