Stayed Jul 9, 2022Located on top of the sand dune, 2/3 of the house on the oceanside of the dune. Public access close but nbd, not many people. Basically none before 11am. Close to both bridges. Upscale appliances. Beds were comfortable, but bc they are kings not much room in the BRs otherwise. Large (40ft?) Ocean front deck with shaded pergola. AC worked great. Def some signs of being so close to the ocean, floor was a bit soft in some areas, walk down stairs from deck to beach felt safe but definitely askew. Despite the lil things, 5/5 for location, appliances, deck, beach size at low tide, and uniqueness being located so far forward.

Stayed Oct 30, 2021Paradise Found was exactly what we needed. Those beautiful sunrises woke us up each morning and we ended the day with the moon gleaming across the waves. The beds were large and comfortable with nice updated bathroom. Would love to have had more comfortable deck furniture as that is where we spent most of our time.

Stayed Sep 23, 2021This home is in the most perfect location ever- not too far from anything but nothing next to it, and right on the beach. The outdoor covered area was like having a tent on the beach. Everything you need in the kitchen, comfortable beds. We will be back,

Stayed Sep 2, 2021We loved this place so much we stayed there twice this summer! Location right on the water can't be beat. The beach is quiet and beautiful, not terribly crowded even on a holiday weekend. Perfect for our baby to nap inside while we enjoyed the beach within baby monitor range. Outdoor shower was a huge plus. Smart speakers throughout the home. TV and comfortable king bed with 2 pillows in each bedroom. Bedrooms were a little tight but we were able to fit a pack n play in ours, and there are dressers/closets to keep luggage out of the way. Make sure to remember to pack your own towels and bedlinens, or you can rent them from Ward realty, but they weren't included. Bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys as well. Things like soap, paper products also not included. Accommodations are a little more bare bones than other rentals so just important to be aware and pack accordingly so you can spend your time enjoying the beach rather than driving to Publix for TP ?. Deck, furnishing, and appliances all functional but a little worn, but I wouldn't expect anything different in such a high wear and tear environment. My family made some wonderful memories at this house and we can't wait to come back next summer!
