Paradise at Riverbend with beautiful riverfront setting!

You won't need anything except your clothes and food here. Be ready for some peace and tranquility. The property is amazing. Scenic, quiet, beautiful home. Unfortunately I threw out my back 2 days before our vacation so I could not take advantage of the kayaking, but the swim spa was a godsend! Everything you could possibly need is there. Kitchen is fully equipped. House is spotless. Great communication with owners. I'm looking forward to going back next year

Like others have said, this property is even better than the photos, the hosts were responsive, and we enjoyed the kayaks. This home rises above others we've rented in the following ways: flameless candles turned on around the house at dusk (delight!), plentiful pyrex storage containers and chip clips in the kitchen, and lovely location. It was incredibly peaceful. We drove 15-90 minutes each day for our excursions to the springs, but it was worth it for the peace in the mornings and evenings. Highly recommend!

This is our families 3rd time staying here. We find it extremely relaxing and peaceful. Close to shopping and restaurants. Host provides everything we need for preparing own food. Highly recommend their lovely home. View of the river excellent from the screen room. This time saw otters, deer, gator and variety of birds. Will be staying again in the future

This was my second stay in this home, and it maintained its excellence. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked, the beds are comfy and the kayaks are plentiful. Highly recommend including great communication with the sellers. Hope to be back again the fall :)

The pictures if this house and property do not do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful. We had such an amazing stay. We loved sitting in the screened in patio and on the deck watching the wildlife. The deck was also great for stargazing. We took the kayaks out for a spin and ended each day with a dip in the hot tub. The house itself is decorated beautifully, the beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you may need. The location was great as well, close to Rainbow Springs and not far from Crystal River. We can’t say enough good things about this house.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The photos do the the justice. Our only suggestion is to get an eletric kettle as I kept waking everyone else up, but that goes to show you how perfect this property is, as this is our only complain. Thank you Karen and Kevin, we will definitely be back!

The host were great. Everything was in working order. We spent time both inside and out! The grounds were beautiful. The views of the river were breathtaking!

While the location was perfect. The house while nice except for the cleanliness.So many things wrong there: the couch smelled terrible, i put a blanket ove it so it could be used. The rugs throughout were very dirty especially the ones in the master bath. I love to bake but appliances were sub-par. Toaster was full of burnt crumbs, the oven and convection were downright disgusting. The owner did offer for someone to come in and clean but we had family from out of town, local family and friends visiting. The last thing we wanted was to deal with a stranger in the house. It was not a 15 minute job!We leave in kentucky so we left 4 days early to avoid the storm.Hopefully they took those extra empty days to clean it up. Never will i reserve this place again.

5/5 – Beautiful Home, Peaceful Stay!We stayed five days at Paradise at Riverbend and absolutely loved it. The house is comfortable, clean, and perfectly set up for relaxing. The kitchen was one of our favorite parts—spacious, modern, and fully stocked with everything we needed. It made cooking during our stay so easy and enjoyable.The riverfront setting is incredible. Even with the weather being a little cold during our visit, we enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching wildlife, and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. We didn’t get to use the kayaks this time because of the chilly weather, but we’re already looking forward to coming back and taking full advantage of them on our next trip.This home has such a calming, getaway feel to it, and we truly enjoyed everything about our stay. We will definitely be returning!

The house was amazing!! Very spacious well lighted gorgous home. All the amenities and more. Kichen was amazing to prepare a meal with every kitchen gadget and a spice rack worthy of the best chefs. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, with so much room including the beautiful overlook of the river on the back patio deck. Cant say enough. Fishing wasn't as good as hoped is probably the only negative. Could not get over the size of the hot tub. Cruise ship hotubs are only half the size. Overall great stay!

We habe stayed here several times and we are never disappointed!! This place is amazing!! This place is my little peace of heaven on earth!! Its clean and quiet and has so much to do whether its fishing, Swimming, taking a boat ride or just relaxing on the deck and beautiful screened in porch!! We love everything about this place!!

House is spacious and very beautiful. Property is a great place to be outside and listen to the nature sounds. Would book again!

This was amazing..we were looking for a staycation and this had everything a great view, hot tub, pool table, full kitchen, and plenty of room outside to hang out on the deck or in the screen room. We will be booking again, we highly recommend this place!
