Paradise at Park Row|Easy Beach Access|Large Resort Style Private Pool

Started out very rocky. Early check in was approved but code did not work. No one met us at the property. No instructions on how anything worked. I had to call Guest Services 3 times within the first 30 minutes. I paid to heat the pool, heater was broken. Both washing machines broken. I dishwasher not working. A/C stopped working twice the 2nd day. House needs some serious TLC. This house should have NEVER been rented to us....all of this being said Echelon Luxury Property Guest Services, especially Katie, were AMAZING!! Super responsive, maintenance and pool tech responded within the hour, they refunded me a portion of my fees to make me whole. House gets 1 star, ELP gets 5 stars.

Check-in was very easy. Someone greeted us and gave us some helpful tips. Kitchen was really well supplied with big pots and pans and about everything we needed. Could use a new can opener. Our big group had plenty of room and enough beds for everyone. We loved the setup of the house!

Our family of 13 people enjoyed our stay at Paradise at Park Row. The house is gorgeous, the number of beds was excellent, and the pool was large and refreshing. The only thing we wished for was that it was oceanfront and on private beach as the beach was very crowded, but still a wonderful time. We will definitely return.

The location was PERFECT! Walking distance to the beach and stores/restaurants. The house was great for our group of 21 people.

The both oven was broken, told us they would fix on Monday, never showed up, told us the part didn’t come in. Gave us toaster ovens that blew breakers. The deck had wood that gave the kids splinters in their feet. Air Conditioning broken in large bunk room. Had to call management because no hair dryers Or Irons Ice maker on first floor broken Pool was dirty and pool people came at 3:00 on Tuesday and told us not to swim for 3 hours. Kids couldn’t swim. Exposed hot wire on speaker rock next to pool.

My team stayed at this house for our annual corporate retreat and had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and fit over 20 of us comfortably. The manager was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

The stay was great. The house was ideal for our family of 14. Plenty of room. Loved the huge kitchen. The pool and hot tub were amazing.

This place is amazing! We had so much fun. There were so many activities to do in the house and the town is great! The kids loved it and the bikes/ golf cart were the cherry on top. LOVEEE!

Renting this property was expensive and we were almost cheated out of staying here. We made our deposit and final payments on time. But the week of our vacation we were told by Echelon’s customer representative that our reservation was not in their system and someone else had rented the property that we reserved 18 months ago. They tried to blame the mishap on Vrbo and said that they would refund the money that the representative said we didn’t pay them. Go figure! Vrbo got everything straight in the end and after a very stressful start of the week we got our house and we enjoyed our family reunion. Renters beware and make sure that you constantly check your reservation with Echelon.
