Stayed Apr 25, 2025The location is great, but the house was dirtier than I was expecting. The owner should’ve had the house professionally cleaned instead he is the cleaner and it shows unfortunately. I know this because when I arrived at the house, he was the one cleaning it. The master bedroom was missing a sheet. The pillows weren’t on the bed. There were used bars of soap in the shower long black hairs were on the towels. When we checked in there were two run down rvs occupying the driveway. When I asked him if was going to move them he said no they stay there. I had to park both my vehicles in the street which I wasn’t expecting. There were spider webs on the cabinet doors right when you open the doors. felt like I needed to wash everything before I used anything based on the lack of cleanliness I recommend he use a professional cleaning service especially since we paid a cleaning service

Stayed Apr 26, 2024A group of us stayed here during Stagecoach and it was the perfect location. Once you are outside of the gate you are almost right across from the pedestrian entrance. Joseph was also the best host you could ask for. He was super responsive, really nice, stocked his fridge with drinks and brought us new ice every day. We will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed Apr 14, 2023Great stay, with an awesome host! Joesph really took his time to explain the ins and outs of my stay and the area during a busy festival weekend. House was equip with all the essentials and was very spacious. Cannot wait for the next getaway!
