Stayed Nov 17, 2025This was the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at. The luxury of the inside is perfectly complimented by the beautiful red rock backdrop of the outside. Everything was perfect and the hosts went out of their way to make everything perfect. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Sep 24, 2025A beautifully designed property, modern, clean, and close to Moab. Pictures accurately reflect the property. Lots of personal touches which makes it feel like you are in your own house. Beds were comfortable and the house was nicely stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Management company was highly responsive.We would definitely rent again the next time we are in Moab.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025We truly enjoyed our stay in Moab Modern. The house features uncluttered contemporary spaces with outstanding views of nearby sandstone cliffs. Morning sun streams in through high windows making for bright mornings then deep eaves and custom blinds let you manage the light throughout the rest of day. The kitchen is fully outfitted including AllClad pots and pans, Henckels knives, Bertazzoni appliances, and about everything we needed so that meal prep almost like home. A huge top-quality tv and comfortable sofas in the living room made for great movie night after a day’s adventuring on the amazing surrounding desert canyons. The house is situated on a large lot in a somewhat rural setting a few miles outside of Moab which gave us privacy to enjoy having blinds open throughout the day and evenings without concern. We did have some minor issues with the readiness of the house for our visit but the property management company was extremely responsive. We would recommend this rental to our friends and will plan to stay here again when we return to Moab in the future if it is available.
