This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

    A truly memorable stay with family from across the country and our canine companions. The stunning views and cozy layout was the perfect combination for us all to unwind and appreciate all that Whidbey has to offer. We especially appreciated how truly dog friendly the property was! Waking up to the sunrise each morning was a tranquil delight, and we even spotted an Orca pod right from the kitchen table! Would be thrilled to stay here again or recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and serene Whidbey experience.

    Great time had by all. It would be nice to have a bit more kitchen supplies, i.e. plates, glasses etc. But the location was great and the house was HUGE!

    We were a group of friends gathering to enjoy each other's company. We also enjoy cooking and found the facilities there very good for our preparations and dining. Only a few complaints: one of the bedrooms was converted to a bedroom and had a full-size bed instead of a queen-size; no dresser, hooks, luggage rack or any way to manage clothes except a suitcase on the floor; and no screen in the window so no way to get fresh air into the room. Also, there were only 6 dinner plates for the 8 of us, and only seating for 4 in the living room. We were able to adjust and otherwise the stay was outstanding.

    The house has cathedral ceilings and large windows looking out at Saratoga Passage. Four bedrooms meant our teenagers all got their own rooms. Kitchen is nicely outfitted with dishes, pots, pans, and a large collection of organic spices.

    It needs some routine maintenance. Dishwasher is not secured . The Uptairs shower was lacking enough hot water. Kitchen faucet handle came off . The blinds are very hard to pull down and up. The fire alarm came on at 3am, obviously lacking maintenance on the batteries. There is no TV in the living area, only the bedroom. It does have a good view and fenced yard
