You'll stay cool with the central air, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, a gas stove, fridge with icemaker, and even a stackable washer & dryer for your convenience. Soak up the sun out in the nicely sized, level backyard that has all new outdoor furniture, then fire up the gas grill to make dinner for you and your guests to enjoy camaraderie & lively relaxation. Rinse off from a day at the beach in the outdoor shower, and for that unmatchable fresh scent, hang your towel on the clothesline. Speaking of strolling the golden sands, you're a 5-minute drive to two state beaches, Scarborough & Roger Wheeler. If kayaks & SUP are more your thing, Narrow River is just a few miles away; if you're visiting during the full moon, book them in advance for twilight tours! Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
