The property is a modern, well appointed two-storey, four bedroom, two bathroom, house that has beautiful panoramic ocean views.

Located in Geographe Bay, this rare property is less than 10 minutes drive to cafes, restaurants, and shops in the heart of Busselton, a few minutes walk to the marina, and local restaurant, and a 30 minute drive to Margaret River. It is also centrally located to other tourist towns.

The house is furnished with three queen size beds, two king single beds, gas fire place, reverse cycle air-conditioning, LCD TV in the downstairs living room and a 37 inch LCD TV in the upstairs living area.

The modern kitchen is well-appointed to cater for up to eight guests or light-up the gas-fired BBQ and dine alfresco on the fish you catch that day while watching the sunset over the ocean. There is a double garage and outdoor shower.

Pets are welcome on the condition of a bond, which will be returned if there is no extra cleaning required or damage caused by pets.

    The bedroom on the upper floor would be more comfortable with a ceiling fan. Other than that no major issues and a very comfortable stay.

    2 weeks vacay in Busselton area.. 44 Spinnaker was a lovely spot to spend Xmas and new year.. spacious, well appointed, with all you would need in the kitchen.. Harry was a delight to liaise with and he was quick to fix a ac problem we had.. having The Deck marina restaurant at your doorstep was a plus.. food good and great value. Definitely a place to return to if in Busselton again.

    We all had a amazing time for a long weekend get away. It was a great location with fantastic views, very specious, warm and had everything you need. Even catered for taking all our dogs with a lovely outside garden with BBQ. We will defiantly be back again :o) x
