The layout of this house and location is perfect!

This home was extremely comfortable. We felt right at home after a long day at the beach. The sofa was especially comfy! Highly recommend!!

The photos don't do this property justice. It is incredibly comfortable and well done. Master Bedroom on main level with open concept kitchen and living with a huge island. Excellent media center. The kids LOVED having their own media room upstairs. I LOVED the outdoor space. My 80 yo aunt LOVED having her swanky bedroom on main level. If you have a senior in the group, don't hesitate booking this property. I was extremely impressed with the high quality furnishings and original paintings. Impeccable taste, perfectly clean, comfortable beds, great baths. We read previous reviews about mosquitos and flies and took lots of tools to combat that - never encountered a single insect. One interesting thing we noticed in the complex, which is amazing, and the Oasis pool the highlight of the trip, but most of the properties have a narrow path between them. Shore Break had a nice sized green space and outdoor seating area on main level right off the living room. It added to the ambience of the interiors, with all views looking outdoors, rather than at a neighbor. Overall Palmilla and this property created an excellent vacation experience for our family group. We would return in a heartbeat.

Community was great

Location of home was amazing near the pool, pretty stocked kitchen and nice layout to share house with another family. The double king bedrooms was what made us rent, we will be back next year!

Most other places at this location have the Main Area on the 2nd Flr which means stairs and more stairs, not to mention lugging food and drinks up and down. We rented 4 Condos and all loved our setup

The location and views were stunning, and the property itself was immaculate and well-maintained. The beachfront access made it incredibly convenient for hauling all beach necessities. However, there were some notable drawbacks. The beds throughout the property were quite uncomfortable, lacking the support needed for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, all of the pillows were unsupportive, which detracted from the overall comfort. Also, the blankets provided had an unpleasant smell.. The kitchen sink started to drip underneath after we washed our dishes but we just put towels underneath. I reached out to the Vacasa team and they didn't seem too interested. For the price to stay here, you'd think everything would be running smoothly. 8.5/10 experience.

We enjoyed our stay here. House was clean and all essentials were provided which was a nice touch. Very close to pool and walkable distance to beach.

The home was very clean and spacious. Great location, just a short walk to the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need! We will definitely be coming back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Palmilla Beach: Shore Break and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. The property was exactly as described—if not better—and it was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views and easy access to [local attractions, beaches, trails, etc.]. The outdoor space was a highlight, providing a serene setting to relax and unwind. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable retreat. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

The only complaints are that the house had so many flies and mosquitoes when we got into the house everyone got at least 3 bites as we tried to find and kill them. Then we had no hot water to take showers after driving 5 hrs and going to the beach and then no gas to cook dinner. The property owner did give me a credit which is appreciated but it was very frustrating for everyone especially the children to have to take cold showers and eating cereal for dinner.
