BED & BATH

This two-story townhome sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and a bonus bunk room.

The primary suite is outfitted with a king-size bed and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom holds a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has a king-size bed. Each bedroom also includes a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The bunk room offers a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

A half bath provides additional convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Relax in the shade on your covered balcony. The table seats four to alfresco meals.

Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

The newly redesigned 9-hole course incorporates the best of true links-style play and winds its way throughout the Palmilla Beach Resort Community. Palmilla Beach challenges golfers of any skill level with ocean breezes, lush fairways lined with native grasses, and challenging greens. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game!

Travel 3 miles to the Port Aransas Nature Preserve to explore the natural beauty of the Texas coast. Also located 3 miles away, downtown Port Aransas is home to local restaurants and museums.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

    Sleek Beach was a great place to stay. Very clean and within walking distance to everything. The only reason I rated it a 4 was due to the amenities of Pamilla Beach resort. The way it was advertised, I assumed the swim up bar pool was adults only and the other pool was family friendly but both pools had kids swimming. Which isn’t a big deal just didn’t expect it. There was only one restaurant, bar, small coffee stand that their equipment was broken, our golf carts lights did not work and transmission kept slipping, and everything closed early. Overall great stay. Beach was awesome!

    First time at Palmilla. This rental was great for our smaller crew. Location was prime in middle of everything and especially close to smaller pool. Palmilla amenities were beautiful. Would have appreciated a little more detail in the listing on what kitchen supplies were going to be provided to better assist in planning.

    The townhome was comfortable and decorated very nicely. The kitchen was equipped adequately. Beds and pillows were comfortable and bathrooms were stocked with enough towels and toiletries. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay in this townhome again. The staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions.     We enjoyed the resort pools, renting a golf cart made getting around easier but the beach was just steps away. Our townhome was very clean. The resort was extra quiet since we went during the week with school already in session.

    As a first-timer, we will be back! The house was spotless and spacious, perfect for my family of 6. The amenities were fun. Booking, check-in, and check-out were easy. Wifi connectivity was not great, but we were on vacation, so we tried to disconnect from socials. Overall, we’re excited to come back next year.

    The home was pristine and within a short walking distance to a pool and guest services. We rented a golf cart for increased convenience and enjoyed it. The layout of the home was perfect for extended families (looking at you in-laws ;]) to allow for togetherness but distance when needed. I am already planning our next trip back!
