The Space

Palmetto Tide is a comfortable and inviting raised beach house designed for relaxing coastal stays with family and friends. The home features an open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and a smart TV, creating a bright and welcoming gathering space. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a large quartz island with seating, and a dedicated coffee station with both drip and Keurig options.

The home offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and a small desk workspace if you need to catch up on work during your beach stay. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own attached bathroom. The third bedroom is a fun bunk room with a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an additional twin bed, making it perfect for kids or extra guests.

Outside, guests can enjoy a private covered balcony with seating and a ceiling fan, as well as a spacious shaded patio area underneath the house with outdoor dining, hammock chairs, games, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach. Parking is available underneath the house.

Palmetto Tide is just a short walk to the beach and conveniently located near the Garden City Pier, Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, restaurants, and local attractions.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home during their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, private balcony, and the covered outdoor patio area underneath the house. The outdoor space includes dining seating, hammock chairs, games, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.

Parking is available underneath the house and in the driveway area.

The only areas not accessible to guests are any locked owner supply closets used for cleaning and maintenance.

Other things to note
Palmetto Tide is located in a relaxed coastal neighborhood just a short walk from the beach. As with most beach homes, you may occasionally notice sand, salt air, and coastal weather conditions that are part of the beach experience.

The home is an elevated beach house with stairs required to access the main living level. Parking is available underneath the house.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, this is a non-smoking property and parties or events are not permitted. Pets, with the exception of service, animals, are also not allowed at this time. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours.

During peak summer months the area can be lively due to vacation traffic and beach activity.
