The nearest main crossroads are Ramon Road E/W and Date Palm example, you might have a “3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with Mountain Views” or a “Studio Apartment close to the beach.”

This beautiful Spanish style home features a large full kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and living room, with patio access. There is also a 1/2 bath located off of the kitchen. The double garage also has full access to the entrance of the kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are all located on the second story of this home. The master bedroom has a very large walk in closet with a full bath including a tub and separate shower. The other 2 bedrooms are very accommodating with a balcony that has a double access from the master and second bedrooms. Next to the second and third bedrooms, there is another full bath with a tub and shower. The separate laundry area is also located in this area.
The Campanile homes include a community pool, weight room, and children's play area all within a short walking distance from this home. For privacy, comfort, and peaceful days and nights, this home is your enclave to the desert lifestyle.

    My husband and I just stayed at this property for three months. Frank is a personable and very attentive host, who quickly responded whenever we had a question before our arrival and throughout our stay. This is a lovely, single-family home that had everything we needed for a comfortable snowbird vacation. It was beyond immaculate upon arrival. The view of the mountains from the huge balcony is amazing! There is a private backyard with patio furniture and gas grill, and a two-car garage was at our disposal. The pool area is super spacious, complete with a huge freeform pool, a small kiddie pool, spa and cabanas. The location of this house is close to everything, including several grocery stores, pharmacies, great restaurants (you have to try Don & Sweet Sue's Cafe) and a short drive to Demuth Park if you enjoy playing pickleball. We usually snowbird in Florida, but this property was well worth the extra day of travel!

    The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Frank went out of his way to be there when we arrived, and made sure we had what we needed. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, good cable TV package. We grill / BBQ a lot, and when we mentioned this to Frank during booking, he replaced the BBQ with a nice new one. This is a house in a residential neighborhood, not a townhouse in a golf resort - the owner never claims otherwise, but FYI. Beautiful, large pool / hot tub / cabana area that we never used since the pool is unheated (again, we knew this going in). Neighbors are friendly. Location is good; easy trip to downtown. Gated community. Double car garage, not filled with stuff, that was great to park in. We very much enjoyed our three months here in the winter of 2022.

    I find this initiative a childish game of tag. So if I’m nice, maybe Frank will be nice. I’m not playing the game. I have already told Frank we enjoyed our stay. We had to leave early due to medical issues. If you don’t wish to send me Franks review, I’m okay with that. Thank you.

    Great stay! Owner very responsive. Views are fantastic. Unit cleaned prior to my arrival. Would definitely recommend and yes I would stay again.

    We stayed at this property for the month of February. The minute we walked in we felt at home. The place was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the property was perfect. Great patio and wonderful for laying in the sun. If there was one negative thing about the entire experience it was that the pool was not heated, but the hot tub was great and the pool area was beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone that wanted a quiet relaxing place to stay. There is also a great grocery store less than a mile away.
