I recently remolded the Kitchen, bathrooms and pool area, custom designed to provide a luxurious private resort feeling.

Stayed Apr 2, 2023We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was clean, in good shape, and met our needs. It was close to Dunedin and Clearwater Beach. There are also many restaurants close. The only downside is the fees, which in our case were around $1000. They were excessive and I didn’t see the value for what I was paying.

Stayed Mar 25, 2022Plenty of room and clean property, but light on amenities. Few towels and no beach gear, despite picture otherwise. There were plenty of plates, but very few cups and mugs. The biggest disappointment was the lack of the grill. Overall, a solid rental, but for the price was expecting more comfort in terms of amenities. Owner was responsive when contacted, but did not follow through.

Stayed Jul 13, 2021We traveled down for our Daughter's Softball World Series and wanted something with a pool. We could not have found a more perfect place! The home is beautiful and the owners have gone above and beyond to ensure you are as at home as you can be. The house is top notch inside & out! The communication with the owners was great! We had a great week!

Stayed Jun 18, 2021We found this amazing house with the pool on Vrbo and rented it for a week. It's located in quite neighborhood, lots of privacy at the pool also. We were surprised how nice and clean property was. Just had little problem with the mattress in the master bedroom, it was to soft for my liking. Everything else was great. Pool was nice. Wish they had a grill that we could've used.
