Palm Breeze, boat dock and pool, pet friendly

Palm Breeze is a nice house and location, close to the beach, beautiful pool and plenty roomy for our family of 10. Kitchen very well stocked, furnishings and beds comfortable. We rented a golf cart which was great for getting kids and beach chairs and stuff to the beach access. We had an issue upon first arrival to the house which was rectified immediately by the rental management. We did have some concerns which should be noted and resolved by owner.. first the grill was in bad shape and didn’t work so we weren’t able to use it. Second the internet was not very strong so one of our family members who did need to work while on vacation on his computer, found it difficult. Another problem was the downstairs bathroom in the bigger room, had quite a bit of mold which can be unhealthy. Hopefully with these problems will be attended to.

Overall the property was exactly as the photos showed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely visit this property again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property has ample outdoor space and seating to hang out on the deck or by the pool. The bedrooms with on suite bathrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The upstairs bar was a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!!

We had the best weather for our Spring Break trip but still wasn’t warm enough in March for the pool - which we figured it wouldn't be. This house is AMAZING!Pros:Outside Areas - decks, kayaks, fire pit/beach Area.Spacious - the living accommodations are great! Space for everyone.Activities - pool table, shuffle board, corn hole boards, quick walk to the beach, fishing off the dock, laying by the pool, etc. Something for everyone!Necessities - beds are comfortable & hot water for everyone in the showers! Kitchen has everything you need. Ice Maker MY FAVORITE! Washer & dryer. Everyone having their own bathroom.Location - great neighborhood & close to everything.Check-Out - first time EVER it wasn't required to do some kind of housekeeping before leaving (only start dishwasher). LOVE THIS!Cons:If you can't do stairs, you won't be able to enjoy the upstairs living area, single bedrooms, upper deck or kitchen.Not really a con, but buy your own Toilet Paper, Paper Towels & Detergent.

So the house overall is very beautiful and we loved the area. When we first arrived everything seemed fine, the house was clean and checking in was a smooth process.The first problem we had was when we wanted to play shuffle board the score board didnt work, okay so we got some paper and a pen and keep the score like that. Second when we went to play pool we noticed that a few of the balls was missing, the 8 ball was 1 of them, now im upset because the reason we picked this home was became it jad a pool table. So I reached out to the property manager and even though they was nice about the situation, nothing got fixed. They told me they was gone order some balls for the pool table, they never came. They told me they couldnt do anything about the shuffle board. Also the patio door was broken so we could locked the house up good when we lfet, which i called and told them about it, I even sent pictures and nobody came and did anything about it. I wasnt going to leave this review , but nobody has contacted me, tried to accommodate me, I paid alot of money for this property and i just felt like I was ignored and the listing is false.

This was our second stay at Palm Breeze. We love the location and the property. Pleasantly surprised to see a number of additions, such as the covered deck upstairs in the back. Love the access to water, and the quiet neighborhood was perfect for relaxing.

The check in process was simple and the house was fantastic! Had everything we needed and was nice and clean. The pool and deck were fantastic and made for a great setting for hanging out. The beach access was very nice as well and we were able to catch a few amazing sunsets. Would definitely recommend this house for a medium size group.

The house was perfect for our family and friends stay for the week. The house was very clean, organized and just as advertised. The decks and pool were perfect for the kids. The game room was a hit as well. I recommend this listing for anyone who wants to stay close to the beaches, stores, and shopping for souvenirs!! Thanks Josh for your hospitality!!! We will definitely book again for our next trip to Destin.

This property is perfect for families looking to relax and just let go. The game room was a huge hit. The pool was great. So much to do within close proximity of home. We rented a pontoon for the week which was perfect. My family really enjoyed our week.
