Palazzo Marzino luxury in the Redwood tree tops RR Valley Views + Pool & Hot Tub

Hot tub was great. Did not use the pool. This home is fantastic. Views are incredible. Naomi the property manager is a joy to work with. We highly recommend this home if you are considering staying in the area

The home was beautiful and fun. We loved hanging out in the vaulted living room and enjoyed the hot tub. This was a wonderful place to stay but I do recommend having a car with you. It was a bit challenging to get rides into town. Overall would stay again!

Absolutely amazing house. Watch the sun rise from just about every part of the house, even the shower! The views from hot tub are fabulous. The house decor was really cool. Will definitely be back!

It was by far one of the best vacation we have had in a VRBO property. The house is magical - artfully decorated and maintained. We traveled with my aging parents and was initially concerned with the steps but I had nothing to worry. They were easy to climb up and down and the hot tub was a great addition. I highly recommend the property, amenities and the views from almost any windows

Beautiful gem of house tuck away in the hills. It was very spacious, very clean. We loved all the artwork and design that went into the place - truly amazing.The garage was an added plus and kept our car clean during some storm time. We had such a great time on our Birthday/Anniversary trip, and we definitely recommend this house. Management was very responsive and accommodating.Highly recommended - Nothing but 5 stars!!Thanks again, Scott & Becky

Thank you! We had a wonder stay. This home had all the amenities needed and more. This was a wine trip for our group and was conveniently located for all that we had planned. This property is truly amazing! The host kept in contact prior to our stay with all the information we needed.

This gorgeous house was well stoked and more beautiful decorated than you’d expect for a vacation rental. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and wanted to cook all our meals and we enjoyed the space and all the puzzles and games. The hill getting there is tricky and I’d be a little nervous o go here if you want to go out and experience a lot of the night life but for our purposes it was perfect.

The Palazzo is absolutely stunning, extremely comfortable and very relaxing. The host and property managers are gems. If you want a truly memorable stay-stay here!

There were several areas that could be improved. 1. Appliances in the kitchen were not very clean. The blender needed to be scrubbed clean before using. The same with the juicer that was in the pantry also parts were missing. Most of the items we used that need cleaning were in the pantry. The stove, oven microwave were fine.2. It would be nice to have a dresser in the guest bedrooms particularly the bedroom facing the Russian River. It hard to live out of a suit case for a week.3. The step ladder provided was not ideal for getting in and out of bed. A child step or two would be better4. The bathroom for the guest bedrooms is unique. The counter space was great but the tub/shower could use a little work as there was paint peeling along the base boards and the glass was not the cleanest. We used the upstairs shower for the extent of the stay. The sink in that room drains slowly.5. There were several areas where maintenance was needed. a. The kitchen door leading to the small patio did not function properly b. The screen in the guest bedroom facing the Russian River is bent and does not close properly c. The big brown chairs in the room just off the kitchen has ripped areas behind the back cushions. 6. We did not use the hot tub or swimming pool 7. The architecture, interior design and views are spectacular. We enjoyed the kitchen area and great room. In addition, it is close to many places.

Lovely property with an amazing view. Everyone had a wonderful time and took advantage of the well maintained hot tub and pool (both were amazing)!

The property was very clean and well maintained. A very well stocked kitchen with some spices and other cooking necessities, which was great. The best part of the property are of course the views, pool and hot tub. It’s magical- we never felt the need to leave the house. Air conditioning in the upper floor was great since the house gets hot in the day. The downstairs stayed really pleasant. We would definitely come again!

Our party of 4 had a wonderful get-a-way - we loved being up in the trees with the birds! We practiced yoga on the patio, swam in the pool, gathered in the hot tub, ate in the kitchen, and on the veranda and in the dining room - it was all so inviting! We rented kayaks at Johnson's beach one day and hiked at Armstrong on the other. I have a personal goal of returning to this house!!!

It was FANTASTIC - the views are even better than the photos let off. All the beds were clean and the atmosphere was incredible. This is definitely a place I would like to stay again and for a longer time!-Only note for people staying is make sure your car can clear the dip if you want garage parking. We were in a super low car (Mustang) and it would not make it in garage, but the area feels extremely safe and we didn't worry 1 bit.

What a wonderful house. The floor plan is a little wild when you first see it, but it works perfectly. It was close to the river, the redwood park, and the beach. Just perfect! I would come again and stay in the beautiful house!

We can't wait to return. So beautiful it exceeded our expectations.

What a great hidden paradise on the Russian River. Highly recommend.

We had a group of three couples in our late 30's who needed a place to relax and use as a homebase while exploring the region. This house was perfect! The view was breath-takingly stunning, and we were lucky enough to utilize the pool because the weather was so lovely. The hot tub was wonderful, and we used it several times. There were seat options to eat for six, and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. We were sad to leave and would absolutely stay again! The convenience to Safeway was also a plus.

I spent the long weekend at the Palazzo and loved it! Very relaxing, great location, would stay here again!

Palazzo Marzino is a beautiful home nestled among the redwoods on the side of a mountain. It has dramatic views of the Russian River, hundreds of feet below, from the outdoor areas and from many of the abundant windows in the house. The outdoor seating areas are very nice, with great views of nature and frequent sightings of several species of beautiful birds.There are thermostat-controlled fireplaces and TVs in every bedroom. There are two larger TVs in common areas, with ample seating in which to lounge.The architecture of the house is very interesting, and it's impressive how they were able to build such an impressive and beautiful structure without disrupting nature to a larger degree. The house has many unique wall hangings and other decorations.Guests must be able to climb stairs, as all bedrooms are on a different level than the living areas. There is only one bathroom on the level with the main living area, the other two on the level with the bedrooms. The street to the house is VERY steep, but manageable by a patient driver. House numbers are not in numerical order on the street, so pay more attention to GPS than the numbers on the houses, and you will find it.

This property is well maintained and nicely decorated. There are stars involved in its daily use. You must be able to do stairs. The kitchen is well equiped and the pictures are what you see is what you get. Summer weather would be more acceptable than our wet, cool, and rain filled Christmas week. The multiple fireplaces and heating system work great.The only drawbacks are with the sleeping arrangements. One king and two queen size beds. The bedding was tired and for the rental price it should be improved. Only a queen size bed was ensuite whereas the other bedrooms had access to one same floor bathroom and the other bathroom was on the second or main floor. Not ideal but only a minor inconvience.We had a good family time over Christmas and food preparation was easy once you worked out how to fit three working amateur cooks in the space. The views are impressive from the kitchen and elsewhere.
