This was our second time staying in the studio and will return. The studio is in a nice and safe location. It’s adorable, large, and well-appointed. Springer is a great host.

Absolutely, beautiful suite, even better than the pictures show. The location is fantastic and we were easily able to schedule rides everywhere we needed. The communication was excellent very quick responses to the questions that we had. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect location in one of the best areas for walking, shopping and dining in San Francisco. Clean, quiet, convenient and perfect for the two of us for a week- we will be back! Walkable to Filmore and the Presidio. Host was lovely and prompt with any request.

Everything was perfect. Check in easy, great location, wonderful Victorian home and unit. I felt like I was in a flat in Paris. Would recommend to everyone. Springer was excellent at communications and I was fortunate to meet her and learn some of the history of the house

This is our new favorite place to stay in the city. The location is perfect, the property is fantastic, and I want to keep it a secret! The owner has clearly thought of everything and it shows. We couldn't be happier.

Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Shower is small but great water pressure and temperature. We had a little trouble with the fireplace but it was fixed immediately. The grey parrot downstairs was a delight to greet each morning on our way out. We could walk or catch a bus to everywhere we wanted to go. I'd definitely return.

We felt like locals each morning sipping coffee at our table overlooking the street. We could hear the wall fountain beneath us, and watch the real locals moving along towards beginning their days. Simply delighted to have discovered this sweet spot. We will be back!

Property is in a great location, easy access to USFC, 15 minutes from most neighborhoods. List was accurate. No issues finding parking.

This is a little gem nestled in one of my favorite San Francisco neighborhoods. A comfortable, well-appointed studio, with clear instructions from the host that made check in and out a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve rented. I wouldn’t change a thing. The neighborhood was great. Very safe. There’s a small movie theater steps away and we decided to watch a movie on a rainy, chilly afternoon that we had previously planned on renting bikes. I was a little nervous about the parking based on a couple reviews but maneuvering the app was a piece of cake. I did still get a ticket,(99!) when I didn’t add more time to the meter. That happened on the ward and has nothing to do with this rental but make sure you stay on top of it during your stay.

This was our second stay at Springer’s beautiful VRBO in the quiet, walkable neighborhood of Pacific Heights. In between grandbaby duties, we did lots of walking, eating out and even played a couple rounds of golf at The Presidio Golf Course. The unit itself is so very comfortable, annd clean. We found it spacious enough for one person to sleep in and the other to work. Thank you Springer for the delightful accommodations, as well as easy checking in and out! We will definitely be back again!

Beautiful comfortable room with all the entire of coffee pods, Fridge, Microwave, a few dishes. Dining nook overlooking Sacramento St. Host kind and responsive. Please know there are 3 different coded doors to get to your room, and the parking app is frustrating and at times confusing. No on site parking, but we always found a spot nearby. Available electrical outlets on strip on TV stand which at 1st we couldnt see!

Had a great stay in this lovely Victorian style pied-a-terre. Property was exactly as advertised. Host was welcoming, responsive and very accommodating. We will stay here again if returning to the Bay Area.

This was a great loft in a very nice SF neighborhood. Ubers to downtown were short and there was a coffee shop close by. There was also plenty of street parking. Highly recommend staying here!
